These guys are amazing. I called them up to see about changing out my motor. It sounded good and all, but I wanted to have some work done by them first to make sure they actually live up to my expectations. I have been to a bunch of mechanics that have completely jerked me around with everything, doing work that was not the best and charging a premium price. These guys dont do this in the least. They not only charge a very fair price, but they also make sure the work is done correctly the first time. My first experience with them was having my clutch worked on, which I thought needed to be replaced. They informed me what was really going on, fixed it at an awesome price and made sure everything was perfect. When something else broke in the same area, I thought the work they had done was bad, but it was something else completely. They fixed the new problem up without question and threw in some other minor maintenance at no extra cost. I had my car worked on by a very reputable mechanic shop recently, who told me that my motor mounts were loose and it would take quite a bit of money to tighten them up. When these guys took a look, they let me know that one of them was completely shot and needed to be replaced. The quote for all four was FAR less than having them fixed at the other shop. These guys have proven themselves thus far and will have my business from here on out. I highly recommend these guys for all your mechanical work, they will not hustle you just to make an extra buck and they stand by their work.

Terry and his team at Auto Team are very friendly and professional. Right now they have my 1979 Corvette and taking care of the issues. Terry is also rebuilding a 1976 corvette of his own so I felt really comfortable with him taking on my car because of his passion for corvettes. What I like about them is theyre great consultants as well. My car has other issues that requires a specialty and instead of Terry telling you where to take the vehicle they delivered the vehicle for me. My first encounter was my alternator light and some requested that I needed to replace the alternator. But when Terrys mechanics looked at it they said your alternator is good we just need to replace the wiring connectors which is far less than replacing an alternator. I love their honesty... At that point I was sold to only take my vehicle to them..... Now I have an electrical issue where my car needs to be completely re-wired and Terry sent my car to Auto Electrical for the repairs then hes sending it to a window shop to get my T-Tops resealed to prevent water leakage.... I highly recommend Auto Team and Paula the office manager is really nice as well.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Guess Ill start by saying my story. I crashed my BMW drifting and needed a lot of work done. To be honest, I didnt even think a lot of it was fixable. I ended up taking my car into auto team and talked to the owner Terry. Right off the bat he was very helpful and honest with me about my problems and what might be causing them. They had my car done in one day. I had 6 different warning lights on in my dash, and they are all gone now! They even did extra stuff to make me happy. This place is great! Super honest, reliable, and quick workers. Dont waste your time anywhere else. If you live in Oregon city, this place will give you the best work for the best price. Their customer service is truly unbeatable. I will never be taking my vehicles anywhere but auto team for now on. Thank you terry and the auto team crew for all that you did for me and my beautiful BMW. One happy customer who will be returning in the future!

YES, THIS CUSTOMER DID BRING US HIS VEHICLE IN MARCH 2009. HE HAD VERY LITTLE MONEY TO FIX HIS VEHICLE. HE ASKED IF HE BROUGHT THE NEW PARTS (TIMING BELT, AND WATER PUMP) FOR REPLACEMENT, WOULD WE DO THE JOB. WE SAID WE WOULD FOR LABOR COST ONLY. HOWEVER; HE REFUSHED TO HAVE THE IDLER AND TENTIONER PULLIES REPLACED BECAUSE OF COST. NINE MONTHS LATER HE RETURNED AND SAID HIS FRONT MOTOR MOUNT WAS LOOSE. WE RE-TOURQUE THE MOTOR MOUNT (NO CHARGE). APPROXIMATELY 3 WEEKS AFTER THAT WE RECIEVED A MESSAGE FROM BOB STATING THAT HIS BELT BROKE. AND HE WOULD BRING US HIS CARS. BUT HE DID NOT SHOW UP. MOST LIKELY DUE TO THE HIGH MILES ON THIS VEHICLE SOMETHING ELSE CAUSED THIS BELT TO SNAP. WE DID REPLACE THE TWO PARTS ON THIS VEHICLE. WE WOULD HAVE INSPECTED THE VEHICLE TO SEE WHAT CAUSED THE TIMING BELT TO BRAKE. THE PULLIES OR CAM/CRANK MOST LIKELY SEIZED UP. WE HAVE AND WILL STAND BEHIDE OUR HONEST WORK.

My daughters car was in need of repair and I was referred to Autoteam by a friend. I was skeptical about taking my car to a mechanic for fear of being taken advantage of because I am a woman, and I felt like it has happened to me before by a different auto shop. Terry at Autoteam was very friendly and honest. I was informed, kept up to date and sent pictures of what they found wrong. My bill was exactly what they said it would be. I have since taken my car and my other daughters car to Autoteam. I was informed of what needed to be done to my car and given a quote I could only afford so much and Terry told me what needed to be done at that moment and what could wait, he didnt push anything on me. I highly recommend Autoteam!!

Honest, reliable, friendly shop. Taking a car into a new shop is always nerve wracking for me--Im grateful to have taken the chance with Terry and Autoteam! I initially went in for an oil change and have been back a few times since. Most recently I had them do my brakes. The turnaround was quick and the price was very reasonable, especially considering they drove me home when I dropped it off and picked me back up when the car was ready. They are committed to being a positive force in the community, and that commitment shines though all aspects of the work they do. I highly recommend this shop!

I called and got a good estimate on a timming belt replacement. I brought them all the parts needed for the job. 3 new belts, timing belt and new water pump. My fault was not checking if they used my parts. 6 months later I noticed top motor mount was loose. Then saw that my belts were cracked and looking old. I took car back and had motor mount fixed. They had no comment on the belts. Why? Because they didnt put new ones on. Then driving home at 1am my timing belt broke! Again, no comment. Thanks Tim! Stay away from these morons!

I am very pleased with the auto team service. I have been very impressed with Terry, the manager, as he always seem to have a good understanding of the problem and how to solve it. I had to get the air conditioner charged. He did it for 106.00 The Jeep dealer gave me a bid of 252.00 to do the same work. I would highly recommend Auto Team Auto Repair in Oregon city OR

A fine shop with a few folks who seem to actually enjoy what they do. Mechanics and staff were very informative and down to earth. Diagnoses was diligent and well thought out. They understood my time crunch and came through admirably and sympathetically...and didnt gouge me for unneeded service or parts. Id recommend them to anyone.
