This place is fine for mailing, but I would not recommend their printing services. Its obvious that that is not their primary service because they dont know what questions to ask or what theyre doing. I emailed my pdf to have them print/fold. Never did they ask me about paper choice or how to fold or anything, so I assumed I had been clear enough. But no, the paper was too thin and they were folded incorrectly. They did change the fold on it, at no cost, but the quality was still poor and they were not very professional to work with. I will not be using them again.

Its nice if you need to mail, copy, or fax something and youre in the area but the have a bit of an attitude when I go in. I.ve lived in the area for a while and have been in a lot. Theyve gotten better over the years, so it was mainly just the kids that worked there. Its a good locations rather than driving all the way down to Isaaquah.

would put zero stars if possible. They were so nice when they scanned my paintings. They said they saved it all on their drives. When I asked if I should bring in a flash drive I was told no it would be there & I could call & order cards to be printed. Its not there. They cant find it. I wouldnt trust them at all.

I ship FedEx all the time here. Never had an issue. Wait times can vary with how many people in line but moves at a good speed. Shipping orders need to be right and they are deliberate. On the printing side, I was helped by Nick and he was quick, knowledgeable and helpful. I will continue to use them!

Great service, professional staff. If there is anything wrong with your order they are dedicated to make it right. Theyve been on the plateau for years, great work, excellent service. Highly recommend.

Super accomodating and really nice staff. They have bailed me out of SO many emergency print jobs I cant even count. I also print all of my birthday invitations there and they always look fantastic.
