I love these guys. Its a small place, sure, but it is packed with things you need...and with things you didnt know you needed! They are always helpful and if they cant do it or dont stock it, they know someone who can or does. Ive got an unusual truck and they couldnt make the key, but told me who could. I bought an electric lawnmower and, even though it was from a clearance sale with no returns, they took it back when it turned out it was broken. And they are dog friendly. My dogs wont walk by without going in to say Howdy.

This is a great little neighborhood hardware store. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Being a smaller store they tend to have a bit less selection and slightly higher prices than a place like Lowes or Home Depot, but theyre also much closer to my house than the bigger stores. When I need a smaller item or two, Id much rather walk 10 minutes to Greenwood Hardware than drive 15 minutes to Home Depot, even if the price is a bit higher.

This place needs a better return policy. I needed to exchange a tool, but they wouldnt exchange it once the package was open. It was already over priced and Id rather buy from a little shop like this, but Ill probably go someplace with a better return policy in the future, particularly for more expensive items.

I was perusing the site and saw a couple of negative reviews so felt compelled to add my comments about what an amazing place this store is. Its weird how walking into a hardware store can make me smile but thats the way I feel. Almost enough to make me want to move to Phinney Ridge!

Poor Customer service to my Mother in law or a rope and strap, Degrading comments made by 6 foot plus sales rep over a return of a strap and a rope. The owner was contacted and was just as rude, We will no longer recommend or do business at this location!

Excellent customer service and professionalism. Willow (the GM) and staff went above and beyond to procure items and mix specific stains needed for the Renegade Craft Fair. Great spot!

Terrible return policy. Sold me a sprinkler yesterday, wouldnt return or exchange it today. Amazon is cheaper and has better service, and you dont get treated as rudely!

Staff is always friendly and helpful. They have referrals if you want to hire someone and can recommend other stores if they dont carry what youre after.

Great local hardware store. Look for the coupons on their web site and become a member and receive more in the mail.
