I called Newcomb in Sons expecting to be taking care of but all these people could do is make me feel like less than a human being. The receptionist was very short and I guess was having a bad day. I specifically stated I dont have my car key, she than stated so are we making a copy or are we making a first key? Ok, my patience is very short at this point, because I stated I have no way to get into my car use your brain lady. She than asked are we coming out to you or are you going to come to us? I told her I have no the way so I would need you to come out to me, I guess she didnt like my tone. So than she says well I was just asking in a snotty tone and tells me to hold in a very short rude way. The manager gets on the phone tells me my quote, I said OK to it. I than took this opportunity to tell him about his employee seems like he could really care less after he hung up in my face. Im thinking to myself why would I want anybody to do business with this company they are rude and unprofessional. I am hoping the owner views this post and makes some adjustments. I will also be express my experience with my employer we have a wholesale account with these people and this is unacceptable, I called in need and they did not take care of me end of story.

I give this company no star. Contacted them at about 7:30am I was locked out of my bathroom. They said a technician would be there in 20 minutes. Half an hour later, they said they didnt know I needed a technician immediately but would send one out right away. One hour later, they said I needed to be patient, they could not reach anyone. At no point did they call me and even started hanging up on me at one point. Dont waste your time with calling this company.

I came to the store for a few key copies and i was screwed out of 22 dollars by a young 8 dollar an hour punk kid with a big head who looks like jimmy kimmel kids got an attitude, he poked fun at me and made me feel less than i had to pay for his service, i will never go back to this place i wonder if its just a bunch of crooks behind the counter one of the workers gets drunk on the job, i wont say names...

ive been having a really tough time getting my car keys to work with my car after changing the ignition out... i had already paid to have the keys reprogramed and still does not work! newcomb and sons did some research for me and took the time to contact me to see how they could help. they took personal care of my situation and am looking forward to having a running car again!

These cowards continue to post negatives about competition to over compensate for their ill.tempered family and poor customer service, not to mention lack of social skills. The owner drives around in her benz eating mickey deez and barking orders like a slave driver to her $10 per hour employees . call a more reputable company like Affordable lock & key.

Great service and prices. A family-owned business which goes above and beyond what is required to ensure each customer receives fantastic service. Three generations of my family, including myself, have used Newcomb & Sons when we need a spare key made, or have our locks changed. Newcomb & Sons makes me proud to be a Vallejoan.

Cuz you can call and ask them about the key if they dont have to go all the way down there call you when they do have the kids but it can make your key for your car good things that are going down there and they dont have it yet
