ESI earns my customer service endurance award! I ended up with a marathon home security installation that took multiple months to finally get working as planned due to unexpected complexity issues, but ESI never gave up -- they were always amenable to come back to my house, and tackled the issues with complete professionalism. I was impressed the whole way. THE BACKGROUND: After getting bids from 4 security companies, ESI had the most competitive cost & knowledgeable staff... AND they said they could achieve what I wanted in a system when 2 of the 4 said what I wanted couldnt even be done (and consequently tried to steer me into products I didnt want or need). Leo, Shane and Joe all made multiple trips to my home to dial in a system that even the manufacturer wasnt helping in trouble-shooting. I wanted to upgrade an existing (and old) hard-wired system, that was un-monitored, that integrated into my home exterior flood lights and sirens, AND sent me an email when the system was breached - ESI figured all that out; which was way more complicated than any of us anticipated. They never asked for additional charges and continued to support me until the final vision was achieved. Superior customer service, and they now know more about this aspect of an X-10 system than the manufacturer does. Way to go, guys. thanks again!

Leo The Locksmith and our trusted security firm. They have done emergency and routine work for us at home, work, and for friends in and around the area. There is no job too big - they do commercial accounts for mega retailers and banks. and... There is no job too small - they do cars, sliding glass doors, keys, and office drawers. Theyre knowledgeable, local, dependable, and above all are honest. There are many illegal/scammer locksmiths out there. ESI is not one of these. They are a legitimate and trust worth company.

I recently looked into a security system for my home. ESI had the best prices over all of them. They did not try any high pressure sales techniques on me, just laid out the price and benefits for me to look at. I am impressed with how fast they installed the system. I know my family is secure when I am not there, and I will reccommend ESI to anyone. Take them for your security needs, you will not be disappointed!

Aaron was quick to get to the property and helped us with the front door lock as well as other doors that the tenant had vindictively locked! The friendliest people and staff Ive came across in many years. 4 different employees went out of their way to help me find and install locks for my truck toolbox and again to code two new key-less entry remotes for my F150 Not only are they courteous and helpful but I was also surprised at the fair prices charged for both Items. One of our employees had their key stolen as well as a wallet with a business card that had the address of the stolen key. So we had to get the biz locks re-keyed asap and it was after well after hours so we called up ESI. They showed up right away, re-keyed the locks and the technician was extremely nice/helpful.
