Stay away from this shady operation. I was very specific with my needs over the phone. Rekey for 1 deadbolt that I have a key for and two door knob locks plus another deadbolt that I didnt have a key for. When asked what the ballpark figure would be to do this I got the, "well theres a lot of factors involved and a technician will have to assess the situation in order to give you a quote." So when the guy arrived, took 30 seconds to "assess" my locks, and handed me a quote for over $300 to rekey two deadbolts and two door knob locks (all of which would cost less than $100 to completely replace at Lowes with the exact same hardware) naturally I told him to take a hike. But not before having to pay their $25 service call charge. That money must go to their online reviews damage control department. Youd think the idea to rekey is because it costs less than to just replace the locks. Apparently this racket is counting on suckers that dont know how to use a screwdriver.

These guys were wonderful. They had my car key blank on hand and cut me a new one lickety split. Both guys at the shop were nice and even answered my ignition quote questions. I was worried that I might have to replace the ignition or something with how wonky it was behaving, so I elected to only replace one of the two broken keys that were being held together by electrical tape. However, when the guy tried the new key, he told me that it was probably just the ignition switch which he mentioned was a pretty easy fix. He made sure that I understood it was a specific part that sometimes gets sold as a whole assembly. He even looked up the part online for me and said it was just two screws! I went ahead and purchased the part and installed it myself and now my ignition fires off on the first turn! I am now going back to these guys to have my second key replaced because I want to give them my business. They really are great!!!

I called about the service they provide to duplicate a Lexus master key - I have the master but a cracked case- all electronic are working. I was quoted $65 to duplicate and then they said they would need to reprogram the key. This sounded strange so I called the Lexus dealership and they let me know for $25 they would simply cut a new key duplicating from my working master. I inquired about any need for reprogramming and was told that was not needed because I had the master. I call this shop back and challenged him on the integrity of what I was told by him a few minutes earlier and all he said was " that is our price and good luck" I called Broadway Key also and they confirmed what Lexus in Lynnewood had said and they quoted $30. Get a second opinion!!

I was visiting from LA. I rented a car and I lost my keys, the rented company wanted me to pay over $400 dollars. I called multiple places, they were unable to help me because the car was 2016 model. The person who came in 15 minutes was very professional, clean, respectful, and I had a new key. I drove away continue my vacation in less than an hour since I called Seattle Locksmith Security.

Had a car key that had snapped in half. Nick was very straight-forward and friendly, he sent a technician over to my place, as I couldnt drive over there. Technician (Eric I believe was his name) was super chill and really friendly as well, letting me know about the costs, estimated time of completion, and so on, so shout-out to him for that. Overall great experience, would definitely recommend!

I needed to make copies of keys to the door of my retail storefront so I went to Lowes on Rainier. To my surprise, the copies didnt fit. Fortunately, Seattle Locksmith Security came to my rescue, cutting new originals for me from factory specs while I waited. The service was prompt and courteous and came with a satisfaction guarantee. These guys are great - called in for a key duplication and was able to swing by that afternoon. They had my keys ready in about 10 minutes, were extremely affordable, and really friendly to chat with while the keys were being cut. Absolutely recommend them for any locksmith needs.
