SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!....My wife locked the keys in her car. I google mapped "Locksmiths" called this number thinking it was a local company, but what it is, is a dispatch number. The woman took my info and said that a guy would call me when he was on his way. I asked what the price was she said $15 show up fee and about $39 to open the truck. The guy called me and said he would be there in 20 mins...then called me 20 mins later and said he be there in 20 mins?? OK well whatever, so when he finally gets here, he says it will be $200 bucks to unlock the car. I told him to take a hike, and then he was like listen "My Friend" Ill cut you a deal of $100 right now....I told him he need to get off my property asap, and that I was call the police if he didnt leave immediately...he said OK, OK how about $50 then...My point is this, any company (like this one) that tries to shake down a customer isnt a good company to do any business with...Stay Away! BTW he demanded his show up fee but I didnt pay it...he just left we called a real locksmith and got the car opened at 40 bucks. If you look at the positive reviews on these guys youll also see that they are bogus accounts...One person here has reviewed three locksmith companies???...wow I wonder why they are getting locked out so much....LOL

I have been worried for about a month now about my locks being changed and if I could find a reliable place to do this change. I was so pleasantly surprised when a locksmith named David arrive at my door after I scheduled an appointment. This was such a genuine experience for me and for my two daughters who hovered close and watched as the locks were being changed. My experience was extraordinary and it was a great learning experience my daughters who took so kindly to David as he answered their questions. What an efficient job!! Thank you so very much!!! Bait and switch! I called the company to rekey two separate locks. They advised that it would be $39 to rekey each lock as well as the $15 charge to drive out there. Once the locksmith arrived, the price for the front door lock alone went up to $180. I called the company back and he advised that the rate he quoted was the starting rate but he did not say that on the initial phone call. He then stated he would call his boss and see if you could offer a coupon. I never heard back from him. Theres other locksmith companies in Bonney Lake. Stay away from this one.

I ended up losing my only car key, not sure if it was even in the car. I called locksmith Bonney lake and they arrived under 30 minutes. I was pretty upset but the guy was kind and understanding. Service was quick and efficient. He even gave me a great deal for making a car key. I couldnt be more grateful. I would defiantly call them if you want quality work that wont cost you an arm and leg. The best Ive met so far.

Locksmith BONNEY LAKE was EXTREMELY helpful when I needed my locks changed. They not only came when they said they did but confirmed ahead of time. Tory changed 4 sets of lock in under an hour and was very helpful in explaining the new system. I appreciated his professionalism and timliness immensely and would absolutely use them again.

Called this locksmith in Bonney Lake to rekey a couple of locks for me and someone came over pretty quickly. It was a good phone conversation and in person interaction. These guys are rated almost 5 stars for a reason! I would definitely recommend and would use them again anytime!
