Staff seemed knowledgeable but they lack basic customer service skills. Would not greet customers as they came in, explain what they were doing or how much it would cost, and several employees were on duty but only one ever helped the customer even when the line grew to 5 plus people. Prices seemed a bit expensive, but they are a small shop....

Home Depot ran out of 10r key blanks. They are about 2.50 for a key there. This place charged 9 for 2 keys of worse quality. It wasnt a pleasant surprise. Just go to home Depot unless you need some specialty key.
