Id like to give less than 1 star but unfortunately thats not possible. Let me explain the entire experience to you: First they began to wash my hair by only tucking a wash cloth into the back of my shirt and then they put my hair in a sink that was filled with curlers that had just been dumped in there from I suspect the previous customer. Gross. Next She spent about 10 minutes, only, basically undoing the layers of my former expensive salon cut....leaving me with almost straight across hair.... PANIC...you CAN NOT do this with curly hair, everyone knows you end up with a huge puff ball on your head. She then flat ironed it and sent me on my way.....I COULD HAVE DONE THIS BUTCHERY MYSELF. She also commented that a couple layers were too short and I should let them grow out - essentially confirming that she had no idea how to handle anything but straight hair. Immediately following the experience I went down the street to schedule another appointment for the next day with someone else... IF you want your hair cut straight across, then fine, otherwise RUNNNNNN

Terrible. I got my thermal reconditioning touch up done here earlier this spring, and they mutilated my hair. Not only were the women rude, but they were completely incompetent and did not follow my request for them to NOT pull the chemicals all of the way through my hair. The lady doing my hair was too lazy to make sure my hair was combed out after shampooing BEFORE she started dousing my rats nest with relaxer. The result was breakage anywhere where she had to really yank the comb through. Then, when she tied a knot in my hair to check the processing, the knot wouldnt come out and she had to CUT IT OUT!! It was in the front of my hair too. To top it all off, they charged me almost $600 for the nightmarish experience. I know the process can be damaging, especially if you dont know what youre doing. NEVER has my hair been this much of a disaster. I actually wanted to cry after I left. This place might be good for haircuts, but nothing more. They are amateurs. Consider yourself WARNED!!

Emily provides a perfect mans haircut in my view. Since I found her I wont go anywhere else. Shes also a very pleasant woman to talk to, and accommodating with her scheduling. Shes never gotten upset with me even if a I am late by 10 or 15 minutes. I cant say a thing bad about her.

The first time I entered the salon, I was greeted with warm welcomes. Van did an excellent job of doing my mani/padi. She pays close attention to details and does a quality job every time. She is friendly and professional. The prices are very reasonable for the quality you get.

The staff at New Look are very professional, welcoming and exceptionally skilled. Ive been going there for over 2 years and always leave satisfied. When my bangs get too long but the rest of my cut is fine, I can go in for a no-charge trim of the bangs!

Emily has cut my hair (x2) and done a thermal straightening. She is very careful and does a fantastic job. I should know, Ive had my hair straightened for about 10 years! Also, she is very nice and thoughtful

Excellent haircut every time, with friendly conversation. Perhaps the previous reviewers had a stylist that is no longer there. Emily is professional and skillful.
