Can conveniently book a reservation online but not certain at all they welcome all customers. I felt rushed. Also ordered a facial online with the massage. I was charged for both as they sent me directly to the register to pay after the massage and NO facial. The young lady at the register seemed to want me out of there too. I told her I didnt get my facial and instead of giving me my facial, they just deleted it from the bill. Next, the young lady ask if I wanted my receipt and I said "absolutely". She completed the transaction, I signed and STILL tipped the massage therapist, but no receipt. I asked for the receipt and she says she thought I said no. At this point, please dont worry about that receipt, dont worry about me ever coming back or recommending you to anyone and dont worry about an excellent review

As soon as I walked in, the staff was incredible friendly and inviting. However, I was not a happy customer when I walked out the door. I left with not only my hair dyed, but also my face, neck, hands, forearms, and clothes. My hair was also a shade darker than I had asked for. I was very disappointed, because I wanted nothing more than to enjoy my experience there. Unfortunately, I left intent on never returning. Two stars for being friendly and welcoming.

What an unexpected Oasis. The environment is soothing, the smells are spa not salon, the people are friendly and the stylists are highly trained and do amazing work. I recommend this Salon to anyone looking for an experience, not just a product or service.

This palce is more money crazy then they are to assist the customers... shouldnt they realize that it takes customer service to make some one go back. I bought a $70 gift card for myself from this place and boy I am sorry I did. I will never go back there!

Helena was awesome! I can be clueless when it comes to saying what I want, but she made my hair look fabulous and she was really friendly. I will be back to have her cut my hair.
