I went to the salon right before the 4th of July to get a pedicure. I was told I was receiving one from a gal whod done nails for years but was new to the salon. The pedicure was ok until she started scrubbing my feet to take off the dead skin. The gal used what looked like a cheese grater and both of my heels ended up bleeding. The gal was well aware so she used some solution that stung my wounds and then used nail glue to seal it stating that it would be fine. Knowing I was VERY upset she painted some ugly flowers on two of my toes and expected me to pay. I was unable to walk normal for almost two weeks. I now have cracked heels which is absurd to me because I get my feet done every 2-3 weeks and Ive always been told how soft my feet are. I will NEVER revisit this place... EVER. And if you go to get a pedicure get it from the men. All the women in there suck.

The place is very nice and everything is clean and new... I went to get my nails done and I wanted a different design, so I picked one of the models they have there and after taking the time to choose one she still made a flower on my nails... I hated it because I didnt want a flower I wanted something different like the model I chosed totally different... I also had a hair cut with a little bit a fear after the flower thing.. But it was ok... My friend went to have highlighs and hair cut and she really liked it... Its just hard to make them understand us... But they were friendly most of the times...

I go here every 2 weeks. I get my nails done, my pedicures and I tan here. My fiance also gets his hair cut here. I have NEVER been dissapointed. I will agree with "Janderso" that I will ONLY see Tracy. BUT I have many friends that come with me who have never left un happy. very polite, clean and relaxing enviornment. Prices are very reasonable ( as I go in so much). I hand out business cards to Beyond Beauty DAILY. I have never had a complaint and always get stopped and asked about my toes or nails! Thank you ladies!

unhappy with this new place, was looking for a new place to frequent but now will never go back. felt unwelcomed, unheard and after repeating what we wanted maybe five times, STILL got hair cut that was not what we asked for. The guy that cuts hair refused to take me though noone else was waiting. Not a good way to do or earn business in MY opinion.

I go there every few weeks to get my nails done and over time and a couple bad visits, I discovered that Tracy is the only one you should have do your nails, but you need to make an appointment to make sure that you get her - as others have discovered the same thing and she can be busy. She does not work Sundays.

No experience is perfect. I love my a-line hair cut. My fiance also likes it. John was wonderful and i will be going back. They have an spacious environment with a lot of amenities. Cutest part was the two childrens pedicure chairs. Maybe a mommy/daughter pedi is right around the corner.

Mens haircut: very un welcomed, did not cut to what I desired not even close, used machine to make my head look like an egg, smashed up egg, uneven in multiple spots. Worst hair cut experience

Only place i will go for my pedicures. David is the best and always does the best french tip. Never had a bad experience and have been going there for over a year!
