This is the worst haircut I have ever ever had. I went to Teresa and requested that my long beautiful thick hair come up a bit and be given undulating overlapping rounded under layers (which I have had many many times before). We talked on two occasions and for over half an hour prior to the haircut. I angled my hair and hands to even show her what I meant and discussed the exact kind of boxy thinning layering I needed to avoid. She said she got it. I told her I needed to frame the face and still be able to put all of it up easily without spikes. She said she got it. I think Got it means something very different to her because she wrecked it. Half hour later four-six inches were chopped off and I had box shelf layers so thin on the bottom they splay out (not in) and an uneven shape in the fort (actually with the hair longer on one side than the other and longer in the from than in the back or side). It was abysmal. Beyond Abysmal. Frightening. There was no way it would style right or go under. I started to get upset. The hairstylist offered to dry it out and flat iron it. That was all she could do she said. I showed her that she had done the exact thing I hadnt wanted. She simply said, I gave you the best cut I could. I thought I did what you wanted. Which frankly was impossible. She started simply cleaning up and said she had another client. I was so distraught other hairstylists and customers noticed and they just said get extensions or let it grow. They insisted I leave so I dot upset other people, and promised to call back. They never called back. I honestly cant believe she wouldnt even take responsibility or be upset about it. I cant believe that she would not want to make sure I got it fixed. It is impossible to put up even. I have a mohawk when I do and spikes. I went to other salons to try to find a fix and most said wow... this is so bad there is nothing you can do but wait. Some wouldnt even touch it because they knew there was no way to fix it. Please dont go here. Pretty ambience and no love for hair.

I had a appointment with Amie and it was the most frustrating appointment I have ever been to. I was supposed to get my hair done for my senior pictures and I waited over an hour (I had made an appointment a month earlier, and she was working on another patron) and she was still not done with the other person. So I got up and left and did my hair and makeup myself, waiting so long didnt give me time to go to my makeup appointment earlier. This was a big appointment for me, and it would have been nice to actually have had my hair and makeup done professionally. If you get an appointment here only go to Raeven. She seems to be the only reliable one who will provide actual services (:

Ive hunted down the right hair dresser for my husband because he has fabulous hair! Hes had nothing but nightmares coming out of the other barber shops in town. Theyre consistent and professional and clean, they even have free coffee and tea to sip while your getting a trim. Amie is my go to girl, my husband prefers Danielle. Well rounded staff and very friendly environment.
