Super friendly staff. They care a lot. They just cant seem to organize time to squeeze you in even though youve followed a stylist for 7 years. When you use someone else, they try, and try to get it right cause they care. But when your hair doesnt look close to what you request after 4.5 hrs of hair its pretty frustrating
