Is not Competent to work with Lucas older Jaguar... put in Wrong Oil ... hadnt even changed brake fluid in that amount of time, without request ... Had to go out -of -state to an Expert Jaguar mechanic, who can repair any challenging Jaguar ... Snohomish European Auto kept my car for 4 months, and, held the car past- time requested to repair a vehicle... Deliverd car back , noisey and rough- after installing wrong faulty-Trans Mount ... Snohomish European Auto said the car cd only run 10- 40 mph... But now, the other Expert Jaguar mechanic has it to 60-70 mph @ freeway speed! Also, said he cd run it even @ 85mph where it wd be acceptable! Assessed the car to need a suspension, for $4,000 ... but, did not need suspension -work ! ... Overpriced on Jaguar to the work put out... Not, timely considerate- 4 months, and, faulty noisey transmount work... Cost; time; Repairs elsewhere were great ELSEWHERE ... IF YOU NEED A LUCAS- JAGUAR MECHANIC... NOT THERE!

Did the timing belt on our car. Fair price for euro cars, but forgot to tighten one of the valve covers which started to leak in a month. Told me I needed to replace the aftermarket Bosch brakes, lines and calipers, pads were new and work correctly. Asked another shop to check the brakes and brake lines when getting tires they said they were fine. Sad to write a 2 start review on a local business but I think they could have just said we recommend only OEM if that is what they were getting at.

Just had my Mini worked over by Snohomish European Auto Service. Great bunch of mechanics who are friendly and take a lot of pride in their work! I liked the way they kept me involved throughout the whole process and the price was very reasonable. My car runs better than it ever did, and it looked almost like new when I picked it up. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their car repaired or serviced. I will be taking my wifes Mini next for them to work on.

Found a place I could trust! Snohomish European Auto Service will be the place I am taking my Porsche 911 and Audi Q7. These guys did great work on my clutch at a fair and honest price! They know ins and out about cars. Its very hard to find a shop that I can trust, but this place got my trust and will be working on my cars from now on! Highly recommend Snohomish European Auto to take care of you. Another thing, they are very friendly also!

The most trustworthy and knowledgeable shop that i know. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was running the best it could. I love my 01 325I but sometimes i think they care more about my car than i do, and have brought my car back from the brink of death several times. I would take my car back in a heart beat when something goes wrong.

The team did a great job on my 2009 Mini Cooper. They displayed a vast knowledge of BMW engines . As well, they went out of their way to explain each problem the car was having and helped me prioritize the severity of each issue. I would gladly take my car back for future maintenance.

Horrible customer service. Rude workers. Ask a question and they reply with one word answers. Gave me a bunch of false info on the car. Bull. Went to another shop and they did a great job without any bull. Dont recommend his shop, unless you want to fell like crap after.
