I made a phone call to T & T auto repair to make an appointment for a smog, brake, and lamp inspection, I was aware it took two hours to do all three inspections so he suggested I bring in car first thing 8am two days from our phone call as we both new the procedure was time consuming, I came in for appointment and told him I had appt. for Smog, brake, and lamp inspection, the glare and angered looked on his face just stopped me in my tracks, I was warned by a fellow coworker that his personality was rather harsh but through my eyes it was rather extreme, the mechanic told me he was only expecting a smog, and not a smog, brake , and lamp inspection as well. He was very disgruntle and really was bad about communication the problem or any solution, so I felt very uncomfortable and said "forget it" I will go elsewhere and I left with a truly bad experience. Maybe he is honest and a good mechanic from other reviews Ive read but the way he treats and communicates to his customers is extremely uncomfortable.

OMG! The dashboard brake lite in my 83 Toyota Camry had been on for months & I was afraid Id need new brakes, shoes or other costly items. Well they checked my brake fluid, found it to be low, filled it & the brake lite went off!! I thought we had checked the fluid but apparently not! I told the owner he had a customer for life & when I asked the charge he he said "Nothing, goodbye maam ". Who does that these days? T & T Auto is #1 for me!

Honest guys. explained to them that we were driving cross country, and needed a vehicle checked out thoroughly. They found something wrong, and had the opportunity to charge me $450... but instead he explained that it wasnt a safety issue and we would be fine with or without the repair. walked out with just an oil change and 1/2 hour labor to check the vehicle out. Very impressed, strongly recommend!

My friend and I swung by 15 minutes before closing because of a mysterious squeaking in our much-travelled car. It ended up only being an oil leak mucking things up, but the leak was fixed quickly for a very reasonable price! Very happy with the mechanics attitude, and customer service was great. I recommend this place!
