Totally honest and more knowledgeable than any other repair shop Ive ever used. They find the REAL problem, not being unduly influenced by what you think is wrong - they really get to the root of your repair issue and fix it with competence. Too many repair shops will replace a part you THINK needs replacing without really finding the root cause, only to have you returning shortly thereafter with the same problem. Norm and his crew wont BS, they know their cars (foreign and domestic), they run a clean shop, and they are as honest as they come. I will always trust these guys!

Nothing but good things to say about these folks. My Subaru needed some front end work, and their price was hundreds less than the dealer had quoted. My car was in and out within one day, even though Scott found some other items that needed fixing (and fixed them). They were able to get the parts and got everything done quickly. They even gave me a free loaner car (first come first served). My only gripe is that they close at 5 PM and arent open on weekends, but thats the breaks. Will not hesitate to use them again.

I just want people to know that I rarely write reviews on places but this place should be praised for the great work and service that it provides. I had a whole bunch of things that needed to be fixed on my Denali and took it into Buick/GMC of Kirkland and they gave me a ridiculous estimate of 2,300 so I had it shipped over to these guys and they did all of the work for 1,000 total. They fixed everything and the car runs great! Couldnt be happier with their work. Talk to Scott

I usually work on all my cars myself - but Ive only ever owned Japanese/Domestic... so when it came to my Volvo; things were a little more complicated. Not only were they able to get me in that day, they had the part, along with having it fixed that day as well. The pricing is more than reasonable, and the owner Norm is one of the most genuine auto shop owners Ive ever met. Will be reccommending/using again. 2 thumbs WAY up.

Was calling around to see about getting my serpentine belt replaced before i went across state. Not only was this place the cheapest but the guy made a mistake by not including tax when i asked for the whole price including tax, so they said "well what you were quoted over the phone is what you will pay" and dropped the price to what i was quoted. Hard to find an honest mechanic these days.

Not only do they have a GREAT sense of humor for us Subaru drivers, they do incredible work. Had my wheel bearing done here and they got it done so dang quick and their prices are way LOWER compared to most shops. They even offered to show me my old wheel bearing, what was wrong with it and how it works. Great piece of mind. Will be back again if ever need be. Thanks. - Silver Subaru guy.

I love these guys. They are always accommodating, attentive, friendly and professional. They are experts at fixing cars. Ive had 3 cars worked on by them, and everything was always done perfectly and for a reasonable price. I give them the highest recommendation there is!

Lost my Serpentine belt last night, took it in this afternoon around 1:30, got a call at 3:00 and it was done. And a very reasonable price. Ive gotta say, I have found my new mechanic. Thank you, Woodinville import auto repair!

I will not trust my cars anywhere else. Been this way for 15 years. When I say they are honest, they are honest. I dont worry about getting shafted out getting sub standard work.

From our classic Chevy or Fiat, or late model VW, these guys are always great. I trust them with them all. The service is more than professional. Theyre just good guys too.
