I recently moved back to Washington and needed new plates. My car failed the emissions test. Took it to another shop in Woodinville who charged me 500.00 and supposedly fixed everything EXCEPT the actual thing that made my car fail the test (the cam shaft sensor). So, of course I failed the emissions a 2nd time...went back to same shop (stupid) and they quoted 450.00 to fix it (a grand total of 950.00). I said goodbye and went to K and M. I took my car into K and M at 8:00am and at 1:00pm they told me everything was fixed and that the tech even drove my car to the emissions place himself to see it pass! All for 148.00! First time at K and M, but now will be a loyal customer for life! I am going to tell everyone I know to go to this shop, they treated me with courtesy and just got the job done. What more can you ask for.

Kinnon has worked on my car as well as that of my wife since 1976 and then the 2 cars of my children and even now when my kids are grown and moved out he still works on all 4 of our family cars. He and his employees are top notch, fair and efficient. When the cars are there and something needs fixing I just tell him to fix it and tell me later as I trust him completely. I wouldnt go anywhere else. And of course Cindy the front office staff is superb.

Took my truck to another shop because my check engine light was on. They wanted to charge me 99 dollars to look at it and told me looking at the code wouldnt do any good they would have to do a full engine diagnostic. K and M checked the code for FREE and told me it was just a misfire and a tune up would take care of it. Not the first time here. Very honest shop.
