This is an overdue review. I feel like that I owe Brent and his excellent team a review for their wonderful work! My wife had a car accident a month ago, we shopped around trying to find a good place to get the car fix. I found Lakeside Collision Center in Bellevue: People are giving them 5 stars. At first, I am not convinced because I somehow got the impression that shops in Bellevue usually charge more for the same service. But anyway I tried to get a quote from them. Man, how glad I am that I made the right decision. When we got in the shot, Brent was busy with some other customer so his assistant Nicole gave us the quote which is way below the quote I got from the other shop. When Brent finished with his customer, he turned to us asking questions and trying to offer his expert opinions to help us to make a decision. He spent three times the time that the other shop spent on us. We can feel that he really wants to help us, not just getting money out of our pocket. Long story short, we decided to let Brent to handle our car. That is another good decision! Brent not only gave us a lower price for the fix, he also made the repair time half. Reading to here, you might start wondering, with low price and short time, how is the quality of the job. I want to let you know: the quality of the service is excellent! Not only that, Brent and his team stand firmly behind their guarantee. All in all, I really want to thank Brent and his team for the job well done. If there is a silver lining in every cloud, I would say that the good thing about the accident is that we got to know Brent and his team. Their excellent service helped us through the stressful time. The last thing I want to mention is that please notice there is a lakeside collision center in Kirkland, WA. That is NOT the Lakeside Collision Center I mentioned here. Brent and his team are at Lakeside Collision Center in Bellevue on Bel-Red Road. You must see them if you need body repair!

Recently had the misfortune of a semi tire taking the front bumper off a brand new Camaro SS. The car had less than 3,500mi on it, and with metal fenders and a polymer bumper (painters worst nightmare for matching) I was sick to my stomach wondering how the car would turn out. After having to point out half of the damage incurred to the insurance companys appraiser, I had anything but warm feelings for their shop. Took the car to Lakeside Collision Center in Bellevue to start "shopping around" and find someone who actually knew what they were doing. Ended up meeting with Brent (manager) and Jon (painter) to talk about their own cars/projects. After taking a walk through the shop and checking out some of Jons work first-hand, I handed them the keys without hesitation. Both fought for me all the way to get OEM parts instead of will-fit like the insurance company was pushing. They used true GM factory paint (PPG) instead of cheap European knockoffs like most shops use and matched the metallics PERFECTLY (cannot reiterate this enough). This was the first car I have seen that looked better coming out of the shop than it did before the accident, and it was only three months old. Parts availability (from GM) delayed the repair a bit, but this was a secondary vehicle and I told Brent to take his time with the rainy weather. Jons attention to detail on the paint is second to none, and I will be going back to have more custom paintwork done soon. If you are particular about details, I cannot speak more highly of the work and professionalism of Lakeside. They go above and beyond to work with you and exceed my expectations.

Update - picked up my car yesterday evening - FLAWLESS! Wow - it was absolutely flawless. They even cleaned the interior. It was like the day I drove it off the lot. It was great to receive updates automatically on my phone. They let me know what was going on. For a super busy shop, the entire staff made me feel like I was the only one there. They were all professional and wanted to make sure I had all my questions answered. It was a great experience for a something that is not very fun to have to deal with. Love these guys! Fix Auto Bellevue is the best. I have had them work on multiple cars over the years and they always do a great job. I know the parts they use are OEM - when I traded my wifes Honda Odyssey in a year after someone had hit her, the inspectors at the dealership asked if it had been in an accident. They said they were asking because some of the internal parts were newer than the rest of the car and that they would only be changed if the vehicle was in an accident. The level of service and quality of work is amazing. Highly recommend them.

I have an Infiniti G37 and my girlfriend had a little accident with it. The damage was ugly to say the least. I have never been in an accident before and had no idea what to do. I took my car in for an estimate at my insurance companys recommended repair shop, who shall not be named (but in Juanita) and that was a joke. I also went to the Lakeside Collision in Kirkland and that wasnt much better. Please dont confuse the one in Kirkland for the one in Bellevue. After talking with Brent at Lakeside Collision in Bellevue, he gave me no pressure and some good advice. He never once tried to sell or pitch me, only gave me options. Also, they are very professional and will treat you with respect. Goes without saying, but I took my business to their shop. During the repairs, they had some troubles with my insurance company but Brent took care of all of it. He kept me in the loop with updates and really showed that he wanted to get me back in my car ASAP. Lastly, the work is incredible, have no doubts! Its like brand new again! I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I took my Shelby Mustang GT500 in for a door dent repair. The shop most likely didnt know it, but I have a dashcam somewhat hidden within the car behind the rearview mirror. Out of curiousity, I reviewed the footage of when my car was being driven in and out of the shop. The famous scene in "Ferris Buellers Day Off" brought shivers in my spine and was at the forefront of my memory. I was pleasantly surprised that they treated my car with the utmost respect. Their repair was of very high quality (9.5 out of 10, they didnt match the vinyl stripes on the adjacent panels which had slightly faded due to UV exposure, but this was never covered by the insurance), they had my vehicle available earlier than expected, and then even vacuumed the interior to make sure it looked its very best. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who has a "garage baby" and hopes to have their vehicle handled by mature/responsible technicians. Would be happy to do business with them again, but I hope I dont have to (door dings are not welcome).

While backing up my car, 2007 Infiniti G35, I had hit the curb which is little high because of the uneven road, due to which the back bumper of my car got dislocated. I took my car to these guys; they did fix it and also polished other scratches around it as promised. When I went back to take my car and asked for the cost of repair, Brent, the manager guy of the shop simply denied any payment from me. I was very surprised because it was not the first time he did not take any money from me. Before this I went there, as I messed up attaching the Infiniti emblem on the trunk door and it resulted in some kind of glue marks on the backside of the car. I bought a new emblem and took my car to these guys; they did polish the marks and attached the emblem very artistically. He did not charge for this work also. The quality of their work is the best they could do…:) I am going to recommend this to my friends and colleagues. You will definitely be satisfied by the quality of work they do!
