My BMW 335xi was leaking a bit of coolant and my local dealership wanted quite a bit of money to replace the electric water pump, which was determined to be the issue. The repair cost was so high that I felt the need to shop around. I emailed Z Sport and received a call back the following day. After describing my issue, a detailed estimate of repair costs was emailed to me within minutes with a much more reasonable amount. I made arrangements to drop off my car the next morning. Upon dropping off my car, I was very surprised to learn from Mark that, (unless something unexpected happened), I could pick up my car that afternoon. The repair was quickly completed and the repair cost was exactly as quoted. I did in fact pick up my car the same day. Naturally, this might not be the case every time, and we did have the advantage of knowing the problem ahead of time. But I didnt have to wait for parts to be ordered and had basically no downtime without my car. I couldnt have asked for better customer service and professionalism.

I had H & H auto repair start on my electric locks they messed it up so bad I had to bring it to Z Sports. I havent been happier. My car was in and out of the shop in the same day. H&H took 4 weeks to do a crappy job with auto zone parts. Avoid H&H in Lynnwood washington. Then my window motor died and my window was down for less than a day. When I emailed Dan he had my part that day and said to bring it in on Saturday. He had my car done before I was off work. And two of his staff brought my car up to my job. When Z sports did my locks Gary the owner came and picked me up from work. You will never find a better team anywhere. Z sports takes care of their clients and it keeps bringing me back. Dan will never put new people on your car. Once you bring your car in you will always have the same Tech because that Tech knows your car. They do not put crap parts in your car and your car will love you for that. Dan and Gary also back their warranties and will bring your car in and work on it with no charge to their customer.

I have spent so much money and brought many cars to this shop as well as the Z Sport Euro location. Recently Z Sport hired new employees to handle phone calls and transactions. Their customer service has really gone down hill. When they say that they will call back immediately or even by close of business, they need to follow through. It is poor business practice and customer service to tell a long-time customer that they will do something and not do it. They need to understand that some people, like myself, work night shifts and are sacrificing sleep just to wait for a phone call to either pick up their car, get an update on the status, or order parts in time so that the car doesnt stay in the shop longer than it already has. Mark at Z Sport Euro does a great job with communication so I will probably continue to give him my business for my European cars. This location needs to learn from Mark and take notes on customer service.

Did business with this company (Zsport ) And I was told by the owner that I had a receipt in my vehicle from another repair shop and the owner gary basically threw a temper tantrum in front of his staff and other customers First of all its none of zsports business who I let work on my vehicle, Secondly you should never loose your temper with someone who paying you for work, One of the most unprofessional companies I have every dealt with! It no secret some of thier employees No longer want to work for Gary My vehicle was in thier shop for 2 days and the could not figure out the problem So after this event I took my vehicle to Conway motors and they had the problem fixed in 10 minutes! If you want to deal with a professional company and not get yelled at by the owner go to Conway motors the best repair shop in Everett. Ps I dont work for Conway this is just the facts!.

So Zsport Automotive owner Gary Watts is a thief and a liar! I have had the unfortuante situation of being screwed as a customer in 2013 and then as an employee in the more recent days. He currently owes me and others several thousands of dollars for unpaid wages. He steals from his employees to line his own pockets. The work that his company does is amateur at best and if you go on Facebook or other social media sites such as Yelp you will read for hours about unhappy customers and how dishonest Gary Watts & Zsport is. Dont let the fact that he has been in business for 30 years cloud your judgement. He is a 75 year old thief and treats his workers like slaves and is cruel and mean to them. I would not take my worst enemies vehicle to Zsport. Check out the ripoff reports on this shady guy and his companies.

Do not go to Zsport. The owner Gary Watts is a fraud and crook. He has a habit of withholding wages and selling used parts as new. Speaking from what I saw within the business. Gary contracted me on to do a job and refused to pay after services were rendered. Then he tried to keep from leaving his shop after I quit, threatened to sue me for slander, and tried to force me to leave out the back door. The shop is full of young poorly trained technicians fresh out of high school, who dont know their way around a basic engine. They specialize in one make and model of vehicle. Everything else is a crap shoot. Their work is subpar at best, borderline dangerous. They have one maybe two technicians with knowledgeable experience. Do not trust your families safety and security do these people. You will regret it.

I recently took my car in for a very tricky check engine light. The staff is very experienced and the owner is very motivated to get things right, and make sure you are happy. I know I saved quite a bit of money versus the dealer and got things fixed right. Gary even helped me to meet me so I could pick up the car when I was available, even when the shop was closed. Alex is great with updates and is good at looking out for his customers. I am glad I found a shop that does good work and stands by their warranty. My car was overheating and would not pass emissions. Thankfully now it is running great and passed emissions with flying colors. Thanks for all your hard work at Z Sport. Like my friend who recommended them to me, "they will take good care of you".

Ive been taking my 1993 RX-7 R1 (FD3S) to them since 2007, and also my 2003 Ranger, my 2010 CTS-V, and my old 2001 BMW 540i to them, over the years. Ive always been treated very well, and theyre one of the only shops in the area that can work on a tuned/modified RX7 (or is even willing to, they take special care). I dont know what these people in the reviews are complaining about with regards to the staff, or Gary.. Ive always been treated well by everyone there, Gary included, and always recommend my friends take their cars here as well. On the rare occasions when things havent gone 100% right, this shop has gone out of their way to make it right, which I appreciate.
