We took our 2008 Dodge Durango here after other places told us they werent sure of the problem because it was too in depth. Billy was honest from the beginning and told us it was the head gasket among other issues and that it was a big expensive fix that he didnt recommend. But we had an after market warranty and he worked with us on that. Even took the engine apart to show that a lubricated part caused the issue. He had to communicate with the warranty company a lot and even called Dodge a couple of times. This was a time consuming process that he kept us appraised of every step of the way. Now the warranty company is paying to fix something that most warranties dont cover and we owe it all to Billy and the team at Maple Valley Muffler and Auto. We will not go anywhere else in the future and highly recommend this company to all!

After 4 long cold winters, my heater in my 2000 Passat is FINALLY FIXED, thanks to Maple Valley Muffler. I took my car to the Volkswagon dealer in Bellevue, and after $2000 of repairs, including a new heater core, they never fixed the problem. When I took it Maple Valley Muffler, they said it was the Thermostat and a stubborn clog in the heater core. They were apparently right, because for the first time in a long time, I had to turn my heat down. Thanks to Billy and the gang at Maple Valley Muffler!!!

Phenomenal Service, Friendly and Great Pricing. No issues here whatsoever! I was in a pinch for a quick fix for my muffler system and the guys here got me in quick and back on the road in no time at all! May have been just timing as I know they had other jobs and appointments they were working on but, they took care of me and got me back on the road in quick order. Thanks Guys! A+ service. I took my 2006 Ford E450 to this shop because it had exhaust manifold leak. Before that, I had an estimate from a Ford dealer with almost triple cost! But Maple Valley Muffler & Auto Repair gave me reasonable price, they were very efficient, and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them as well as use them again!
