Was having some issues with my transmission. Took it in and he checked the error codes and did more investigation and test drive. Gave me his recommendation to have it flushed. Since it Toyota has their own special fluid and these transmissions are very sensitive to the fluid, he recommended that Toyota do the flush to avoid fluid contamination. After he spent the time he did he didnt want to charge me. But, I gave him some cash for his time anyway!

What can I say Tony was great. Friendly, spot on with his estimate, explained what happened. There is an old saying promise late deliver early, he was 2 days early! I did my research on what the cost for a rebuilt transmission and installation was ranging. There was low medium and high. He was in the low end cost, just reinforced his honesty.
