I made my appointment online for my company truck using our ARI number. My appointment was Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at 1:00 PM. I dropped off my truck and checked it in before 9:00 AM that morning and I did not pick up my vehicle until before closing at 7:00 PM. Reason I received from the technician was they are short technicians. Four of them finished 30 vehicles the time I picked up my company truck. I did not receive any calls to update me on what is going on. I had to go to the store to wait. When I call during the day no one was picking up the phone. Today, I discovered a screw in my front tire (driver side) and the person I talked to this morning told me they do not or cannot accept walk ins due to short tech. and they are very busy. The person said maybe come back Tuesday next week or leave my truck this weekend and they may or may not be able to get to it. Sadly, my company preferred and directed me to go to Firestone and I am very disappointed with their performance and time. I brought my truck to another National chain and walk ins was easy, I got ahead of the line privilege due to my company agreement with their company and they also mentioned that my front wheel bearings need to be replaced. Firestone drove the truck wrote my receipt and sent me off my way without saying anything to me if they found anything else wrong with my company truck. I will inform my company of the bad experience I received from Firestone Fairfield at 1340 Travis Blvd.

I have never left a negative review before but feel its unavoidable at this point. I took my car into here to get a check engine light checked out and to find out why my battery light suddenly came on and since I was getting ready to leave for north dakota to do a full check up. I was told I needed a o2 sensor and new battery so I had them replaced. Made It to elko Nevada and battery like came back on so I stopped and luckily found a shop that could check it out. Found out my alternator was shot and the wire from it to the starter was about to break. so I paid for their services for nothing. will never go back.

Wow, GREAT customer service by Mike and team today!! Picture this, Sunday before an important meeting and I spot a bulge in a tire. Its 3:00 pm and I call all the local tire shops (Dixon) and they are closed. I finally locate Firestone in Fairfield, explain my situation and they squeezed me in their busy schedule. Thanks to their understanding and hard work, I didnt have to worry about tire problems.

Amazing service. Staff is very knowledgeable and professional. They able to diagnose and solve most of car problems with a reasonable price. It seems to me this place runs very organize, good management, fast service. Guys from the front desk are friendly and always ready to help.

Had a blow out right by their shop. They took me in and fitted four brand new tires on for around 550. Great customer service as well
