Called the morning of and scheduled an afternoon appointment for an oil change. Arrived before my appointment and waited 10 minutes before anyone greeted me. I was told with an appointment or not they didnt have the man power to service my car. Despite the unapologetic response, a courtesy call wouldve been appreciated before driving over and waiting to be turned away. Poor customer service.

They were easy to schedule and provided good customer service. The time flew by. They are not necessarily the cheapest or the best, but they are definitely a value location. They are not afraid to upsell you, but it is not without good reason.

Dont go there. They cheated my coolant and transmission fluid. Plus i had to take it back. Oil filter was loose. Losing oil. Said my oil plug was not good. Turn out to be oil filter loose and gave me 175.00 credit

The guys are funny and took care of my oil change real quick, even as a walk-in. Plus, keep an eye out for coupons, Meineke always has great deals!
