We were having trouble getting our car to pass smog, it ended up being over $1000 for the part and labor. The cashier told us that we were good to go and could go over and get it smogged, it failed to pass smog because they failed to tell us we had to drive the car 50 miles to clear the check engine sensor. And then not even a month after they had replaced the part my engine started making a clunking noise. We took the car somewhere else and found out they had used the wrong gasket on the car and this was after Rubens had said they replace the part they had a lot. That was another $200 thanks to their so called knowledge of replacing this part. Their Customer service rates about a ZERO! I wouldnt have even given them a star their service is worse then poor.

Belen knows everybody around, and can get you deals on things they dont do! She can also give you information that SAVES you TONS of money! They can be TRUSTED to do a GREAT job. My son had his engine worked on and was amazed at how well it ran afterwards! Have heard "many" referrals about how great Ruben and Belen are to their customers. Ask about their WARRANTEES!

Really bad service i took my 2008 mitaubishi eclipse to get my ac fix and i had to take it back 3 times cause it couldnt get fix they kept telling me different problema like if it was a guess game making me waste money in things i didnt had tp change i will not go back to rubens really bad service

Ruben diagnosed the problems with my Volvo as a mass air flow sensor and the need for new spark plugs. The car now runs like new, Thank you Ruben. I would recommend Rubens to anyone with an automotive problem.

I came in to get a quote on my brakes and the owner (receptionist) was very arrogant. She never did call me back on a quote. I guess they dont want any more business.
