First time I went was great, they fixed a coolant issue that a meineke I normally go to couldnt fix. After that it was all bad. I took it on because the coolant was draining out the reservoir & at first they said it was ok. Turns out the head gasket was blown. So I took it in and the first manager (Carl) said it could be fixed there. Then they switched managers to Steven & all of sudden it had to be towed to the meineke across town because it would no longer start & my battery was dead. Even with a blown head gasket i drove my car there just fine. Now my engine wont even turn over & it has to be towed back home. Not to mention Steven being rude to my mother in law when she asked for his name. They wont be seeing me anymore..

the assistant manager here is very rude and disrespectful, he wanted me to fix my car here for over $600 and I said no and he got mad and he started arguing with me over the phone at first then at the shop, please do not come here..!!!!! cool across the street from them to Les-Schwab they did a smaller job on my car so now the brake pedal is firm and now it stops great... I say again please do not come into this place

Last week, I took my car for an oil change and my car was in perfect condition and the next day I took my car again because it was leaking and they gave me a ridiculous stimate of $665. To fix the leaking problem. I was thinking Im going to save money in this place with a cupón but its only a hook they make to damage your car and create more problems to charge for. Definitely I dont recommend this place.

Very thorough, did things exactly the way I wanted them done. Warned me about a nail in a tire and a battery about to go bad. As a retired mechanic I felt comfortable with the way they operate. If I m ever back in the area again and need service, Ill go back to them.

I went there several times for the same problem each time they fixed something, but never fixed the problem... $1500 later the problem was still not fixed. I went to a different mechanic who fixed the original problem on the first visit for only $200.

Place is garbage. People here will lie to you about your car hoping to charge you more for a job.They act friendly but its a facade. Go to les schwab, much friendlier, less hassle
