Alexs Auto is such an honest, respectable company and they are one of the most responsible groups Ive worked with. They once made a small mistake with my vehicle and made sure to completely take care of everything for me. They completely owned up to it which was a very refreshing change of pace and they completely covered the costs and labor. They still got the work done on schedule, and this experience just showed me a lot about their integrity. I feel as if I can trust them, which is a huge deal for me with a mechanic.

What a wonderful experience!!! Five star service!! Pulled off the freeway after hearing a wierd noise coming from my Honda Fit while driving. Turns out the previous place I had taken my car had lost the screws to my skid plate, and it was barely hanging on. The staff at Alexs Automotive were very friendly, and courteous, outstanding customer service!!! They were able to look at my car immediately, and fixed the problem within 10 mins, and free of charge. Thanks Guys!!! Ill be bringing my car here from now on!
