Ken and his crew have always done a great job for me. Ive been going to them for several years, Ive always found the advice very good and cost to be fair. My most recent experience has prompted me to finally write a review. I had a recurring issue with my vehicle that was very hard to diagnose. They trouble-shot it over a couple of visits fixing items that needed fixing but it didnt cure the issue. This was frustrating to me spending money but not getting to the root issue, but I could honestly say it was just as frustrating to Ken. He asked to have the car from me for a couple days and, having already eliminated a few trouble spots, he went though all of the possibilities. Sure enough they found and solved the issue. I had been there so much and already invested quite a bit of money in the process, but without me needing to ask, Ken took care of the final work for me without charge. There are not many mechanics, or people in any profession, who will personally take your car into their care and make sure you are fully satisfied with the work. I will always take my euros here, the best!

Ken and crew were recommended to my by Millen Autobody in Redmond (also a great place). I took my vintage Mercedes SL to him for a very obscure issue. After going all through the car he found a faulty part in the ignition assembly and replaced it. During the diagnosis, he pointed out several other small issues that were real issues. He wasnt just trying to "sell me the fries". He even found a part for my overly complex soft top assembly that MB wanted $400 for. He did the research and found the same part for $80. He replaced my front struts and did an alignment. After driving it he wasnt happy with the alignment because one of my tires was leaking. He suggested I fix the tire and bring it back and hed have it aligned again. He treated it like it was his own car. Great guy. Great shop. Great care and fairly priced.

I went in to get my oil changed and was told that my $400 aluminum oil pan needed to be replaced. I knew that it was $400 because I had replaced it just prior to getting my oil changed. I went to another mechanic and they verified that my oil pan was still in great shape. Moreover, I was told my tires were worn down to the wire (which they are not and I am still driving on them a year later with no issue). They are shady and crooked and I will never do business with them again. I would recommend anyone to stay away from this place.

They are nice and helpful, they know more about my car than the dealership, and can get parts that the dealership cant even find a picture of. No kidding. Didnt they BUILD the car, why cant they fix it? Ill trust these guys from here on out. Oh yeah, they came in UNDER budget on my repair estimate too, try getting THAT at the dealership. Good work guys, youve earned a customer for life.

Honest, knowledgeable, hardworking are just a few of the many great things one could say about Ken and his staff. Go to this shop, feel confident that the job will be well done and backed. Dont haggle over the price because you get what you pay for. Quality workmanship is worth more but here is fair and honest.

European Car Authority is the best. I have been taking my Audi there for years, and find this is the most honest, comprehensive auto service I have experienced. I always get a phone call before service is performed, and its always done to perfection. I highly recommend them.

Without question the friendliest, most helpful, attentive, patient, thorough, fair, top-notch shop weve found. (Feel I should add that whomever left the negative rating on here about a rude person who answered the phone had to have had their shops confused!!!)

I spent nearly $800 on repairs and wasnt impressed with the quality of work. I had problems when I took the car back and they werent very helpful or responsive. I also asked for the replacement parts to be returned, that never happened either.
