I cannot explain how insanely RUDE the customer service is. Mostly its just the owner (Larry, I think) who is a total jerk. I went in there last night to inquire about a faulty part, and, after his condescending and arrogant attitude, left so utterly frustrated that it ruined my entire Friday night. I have been working on cars for ages and know pretty well what I am talking about under the hood. Ive heard hes actually angrily thrown customers out of there before for not knowing what they were talking about. Not the kind of place you want to give your business to. Go to Schucks a quarter mile away.

Horrible customer service. I have a 88 alfa romeo and I was looking for a simple fuel filter. There employee sold what thought to be the right part but assured me if its not the right one I can return it. He even signed me up for there customer account program. Fast forward a couple of days and Im returning it because they sold me the the wrong part but I lost the original purchase receipt. They told all they could do was give me store credit and that there hands were tied. Couldnt check my card or look at my account to verify it had to have the receipt.

Had a question about using the A/C refrigerant I bought from them and the sales person told me to go outside and open the hood of my car so he can better answer my question about the compressor clutch. Went outside, open the hood and waited 20 minutes. He never came outside to help me...

For my last two car troubles, Ive chosen this autozone. A flat tire fixed in 10 minutes to get me to work on time. A corroded battery took 1 1/2 hours to change but they put in the time and got it done. I couldnt ask for the amount of care they took with my car.

I live around the corner and I use AutoZone all the time and have always been helpful and never rude. By the way, Larry is not the owner. I know the owners and they dont go in there. They are my neighbors.

Bought a part here with a lifetime warranty. 1 week later the part failed and the store refused to replace it claiming that I wasnt in the computer.

Got nothing but great service, good prices and help several times beyond what I paid for. I drive there even through some other shops are closer.
