The best and most honest I hardly write any reviews but I definitely need to write this one. I am Mathew`s customer for more than an year and recently my car`s power window was not working. So I took it to Mathew for getting it fixed. As usual he gave me an honest suggestion and he did not even charge a penny for it and got it fixed. He told honestly that window clips needs be glued and nothing else. If I had taken it somewhere else they would have charged me $300 by saying the motor/regulator need to be replaced. It is very difficult to find honest folks and I am lucky to have found Mathew. In short if you want an honest, cost saving, reliable and excellent service go to Mathew

We have been going to Matthew even before he was Sa-Go Auto. He is the best mechanic we have ever had. He is honest, reliable, extremely knowledgeable, very reasonable, oh and did I say honest ? :) He always will let us know what is "coming down the pike" to fix on our cars not expecting us to fix it all at that visit. We trust him with every one of our cars. We have been so pleased we have referred him to many friends too. Our daughter recently moved to Utah and was not happy leaving behind a few important connections, one of them being Matthew ! She excitedly called a few weeks ago saying "I think I found a Matthew replacement !" That is not east to do. Thanks Matthew !!!

Im so glad we found Sa-Go, now two years ago. These guys will tell you whats going on with your vehicle and take the time to explain it to you! They are honest about pricing and I always feel that Ive gotten a great value. They let me know when its time for maintenance in advance, so that I dont have to think about what might go wrong. I have such a peace of mind since we take our Honda to Sa-Go Auto.

Im from out of town, and I was referred to Sa-Go by one of Mathews customers. Boy was I glad to stumble in to his shop. The folks sitting in the lobby were repeat customers of many years, and talked him up as if he was some kind of saint. Mathew gave me a 100% no-bullshit assessment on my Subaru. If you ever have a car issue and you dont visit this man first, then shame on you, you are a fool!

Matt.....We just wanted to thank you for fixing the mystery "clunk" on Rons Lexus. As you know he took it to the Lexus Dealer and they could not solve the mystery. Absolutely the best auto shop I could have hoped to stumble upon. If you ever find yourself in need of car repairs or maintenance, do yourself a favor and head to Sa-Go. Matthew provided the best service and the most straight-forward treatment of a customer Ive ever seen from a repair shop. You can bet Ill be coming back whenever I need work done. Youd be wise to do the same.

I own a 94 BMW 325i and I 93 Mercedes 500 SEL and I love them both. Matthew Palmer and Sa Go auto are the only reason why Ive been able to keep both vehicles. Hes honest, caring and technically gifted. These cars would have bankrupted me long ago if it hadnt been for Matthew and Sa Go autos commitment to keeping costs low and quality high:) Thank you Matthew.

At first I thought when Matthew opened his new shop it was going to be great. I had been to him once or twice at the old place and he seemed like a straight shooter. But dont let the southern accent fool you, I got a 6 month warranty on a transmission that he refused to honor when I brought it back. Very disappointed, have to start over now.

The best auto repair shop in Bellevue or Redmond ! They are honest , friendly and very fairly priced. I took my wifes car in for brakes and saved a lot vs. dealership pricing, with better we service. Theyll most definitely leave your car out in the rain with the keys and FOB in the door for the world to find. Count on 4 to 5 returns and direct calls with insurance to get anything done right. Thief not to be trusted. Youve been warned
