I had many problems with this business. When I had my heater core replaced the mechanic left a broken hose in place, leaking antifreeze. During that visit, I also expressed concern that something was wrong with my brakes. I was told they were fine. Trusting my gut I had them checked out by someone else and was informed that I had almost no break pads left and that I could have done permanent damage to my vehicle. The owner also would not provide receipts for repairs. The first time I ran my car after my final visit to the shop, my car broke down unexpectedly in the middle of town and the engine was completely wrecked. But the worst part didnt even involve the car. After having refused to take a payment because, I assume he was too busy, I came in to get my car and get yelled at like a child for having not made a payment. After being humiliated and refused a receipt of my account balances, I would not go back.

I cant say enough good things about this place. My husband and I found ourselves in "nowhere" Eastern Washington with an automatic transmission going. My first call was to Paul (not AAA). He didnt know of any transmission services in the first town we were going to find but got on Google and not only found us a shop within 7 miles but also called them to talk to them directly. Then he called me back with the information and reassurances. We limped in to find them waiting for us and they had, with Pauls info, already called a rental car location for us. On top of all that, Paul called us back that night to be certain that everything had gone well. I have always been happy with the repairs work he has done, but this was over and above.

Came in already stressed from a busy week and was immediately relieved by the treatment received from this establishment. The reviews dont lie everyone was incredibly friendly and I was proud to support a fellow mechanic that served overseas. My Jeep Liberty 2008 heater stopped working and sure enough the timing belt and water pump was leaking coolant. They replaced the water pump and serpentine belt in 2 hours did it under $400. My wife and I were able to enjoy our first photo shoot with our son and be back in time to pick up my Jeep in excellent working condition. The ride home was nice and toasty and I have Accurate Auto Service to thank for that!

Paul, the owner, runs, by far, the best repair shop Ive ever interacted with. Which, to be fair, isnt a huge hurdle to overcome. So to more accurately characterize the quality of this business, Paul runs on of the most fair, honest, transparent, customer and community oriented businesses Ive ever interacted with, regardless of the service being offered. I have friends that come up from Seattle just to get oil changes at this place, specifically because of the quality work and honest practices these folks engage in. Were lucky to have this business in our town.

I just moved into the area and wanted to find a local mechanic shop. I have now used their services twice with complete satisfaction. The only complaint I have is they are so popular that you may have to wait a week or so for service, but its worth the wait. Paul is not only a professional but an excellent businessman who understands that customer satisfaction is more important than short term gains. Hes just an honest small town auto mechanic, very rare these days.

Super rude big guy behind the desk. As were in the rating room a customer called what seemed like to check the timing. The big old guy got really short with them and after hanging up talked about how they were cheap based on their phone carrier (?) found a place by the Safeway in snohomish that did the job for 250 less than what they asked. Only getting the star because the woman behind the desk seemed super embarrassed and sorry by his behavior.

I have been coming to Accurate auto since its inception and these guys are awsome. I have a heating company in Snohomish and if my truck breaks down I am screwed. Paul understands that. He dropped everything he was doing one day a few years ago, towed my truck in and fixed it the same day! His prices are very reasonable too. I would never go anywhere else for auto repair, if I could give him a 50 star rating I would! Jeff, Snohomish heating...

I was having such a hard time with my car, so i took it here because my mom recommended it. My timing belt was about to go and my spark plugs, you name it was not running correctly. I They really go that extra mile for their customers. Especially when my car couldnt make it to their shop they came to me! Couldnt ask for a better auto shop. I will never go anywhere else now and I recommend them to everyone I know.

I bought an old Eagle Kammback that needed repairs done before I drove it home to Spokane from Snohomish. I found Snohomish Accurate Auto while doing a search of repair shops in the Snohomish area. Paul repaired the problems and even checked out the car to make sure that I would be able to get it to Spokane without any mechanical problems. Snohomish is very lucky to have such an honest, upstanding mechanic!

Extremely Trustworthy, Great Service, Fair Prices! At first I took my car there out of convenience, since I work across the street. Now I go there because I, and everyone else I know, has had nothing but exceptional service. Could do my own general maintenance, but will often take it there, just because I know they will be honest in letting me know of potential problems (ie belts, hoses) I might miss.

Paul and his staff are some of the best around!!! Ive taken my car there and his is always able to diagnose a problem asap. When my starter went out, my dad was about to be leaving to reno, and he knew we wouldnt be able to have one vehicle. He got it done that day and called us in to pick it up. He is not only a great mechanic, but a honest and caring one for that. Thanks Paul!!!

Called today to get an estimate, gal on phone said, "yeah we dont really do estimates over the phone" hmmm so wont be doing one in person either. Didnt even ask me what I was looking for to be done, in this case routine transmission flush and differential flush. Ok, guess I go to who will give me a price.

Honest shop with great prices and service. Its nice to finally find an auto repair place that I feel I can trust. Paul has great customer service and is always pleasant to work with. I would recommend this place to anyone. They do it all from Transmissions to tune-ups. I wont go anywhere else.
