**UPDATE** Mar 19,2012 One year later, we are still just as pleased as ever with Coopers. This past Saturday, they went above and beyond taking care of my cars needs and my familys needs. They were very helpful by setting us up at Enterprise with a rental car for the day and really just made my day. I am so pleased that we have found a reliable, family owned garage to take our vehicles to. Feb 15, 2011- I am completely satisfied with their service. I brought both of our vehicles in for a transmission fluid change, oil change, and tire rotation based on the reviews Coopers received here, and I was not disappointed. They not only had the lowest price for the job out of ten different shops I called, but they also spoke to me with respect and were very knowledgeable on the phone. They are very flexible with their scheduling and when they said it would take an hour and a half for all three services, thats exactly how long it took on both vehicles. They offer a military discount on labor and an oil change loyalty card that offers a free oil change with a minimum purchase per vehicle as well as a free oil change on my birthday! They also participate in an email coupon system that I am sure will save us tons of money in the future. When it came time to pay, the price was what I was quoted and they did not try to sell me a bunch of unneeded services, however they did do an inspection of my vehicle and noticed that my belt will need changing as it rightly should near 90,000 miles. They filled all of my fluids and noticed in my husbands truck that the power steering pump has a leak, but filled the fluid for that anyway to keep us on the road until we can bring it in again to be fixed. I recommend them wholeheartedly and am so happy that I found such a reliable company so soon after arriving here.

I took my Honda Civic in to get my timing belt and water pump replaced, as a result of doing this one of the technicians called me to inform me my timing belt cover needed to be replaced it was cracked and broken in areas it shouldnt have been and told me it would cost $85 to replace it and that I could stop by and check it out so I stopped by to check it out and it did need to be replaced and I was given another quote of $90 to $100 I researched it and I found out the part is only $30 I paid over $1,100 for the work to be done. In a short time found out the work was not done properly they did not fill my radiator to the proper fluid level which resulted in my car overheating and making the head gasket bad so I called him to explain what had happened they told me it was nothing they had done but would be happy to give us a quote for a head gasket replacement I tried to explain to the tech that it was their fault and they did not fill the radiator all the way and was hung up on. Yes they do repairs on your car but they also set your car up for failure in different areas so you have to bring it back to them they are very untrustworthy, underhanded shop and I do not recommend them. I also called other mechanics and they agreed with me that they did not properly fill and burp the radiators as it is supposed to be done on Hondas. I also spoke with a few other mechanics about what happened with me and they agreed. Thanks Coopers for wreaking my car. I never ever had a problem till I went there. Its funny how you added miles and your prices were you guys trying to rip us off and all the unknowing because why would your prices change to 3 different ones hmmmm? Oh and also one of those mechanics were your own at your sister shop. More to come because you are not honest.

About 5 years ago I bought a 96 Suburban from a private owner. I decided Id take the car to the same shop the previous owner used because I figured, hey, they are familiar with the car, why not! This shop was horrible!! The guy charged me a bunch of money to do work on the intake manifold, so I paid him the $900 and got it fixed, supposedly! The next day it broke down and when I took it back, he said your motor is shot, you need to replace it. I pulled my car out of that shop and began to ask around if anyone knew of a good, trustworthy auto shop that I could take my car to and get some major work done.... This is when I was referred to Coopers Auto Repair. I knew I liked Coopers from the first time I walked in the door! Kevin and Casey have always been honest and fair with me. Since I first met them, I have done a ton of work on my suburban, and I like that they guarantee their work! Coopers has gone above and beyond providing service! A few months ago I inherited a 96 Impala SS after my dad passed away. This car has so much sentimental value to me; it once belong to my brother, after he passed it belonged to my dad, and now it is mine. The car was in pretty poor mechanical shape, but I thought it would be cool to drive the car in the funeral procession. Kevin, Casey, and their crew of techs made it happen! I am forever grateful for their compassion.... They are truly the only people on the planet that I trust to work on my Impala, and every other vehicle I own! Thank Coopers Auto Repair for providing such great service! I highly recommend anyone looking for an auto shop to check out Coopers! Im now a lifetime customer!

When I bought my Mini Cooper I knew that maintenance was important and that it would cost more then your typical domestic car, I guess thats what you get when you by a vehicle made by BMW and they scale it down to fit in a tiny awesome piece of machinery. I searched for a auto shop that would not just do the necessary oil change and maintenance on my beloved, but knew what they were doing. That is exactly what I got when I came to Scott @ Coopers. From the day I called in to discuss my auto concerns and make an appointment with Scott I kept in constant communication and felt reassured I had made the right decision. My Mini needed more than just a an oil change and I was aware there may be. The team at Coopers kept me in the loop from the moment I dropped off my keys. Through text messages, phone calls and even pictures describing what needed to be done on my car, I never felt that I was being hustled into repairs that I didnt need. The respected my car and my concerns. I highly recommend Coopers for any type of vehicle repairs or maintenance. They go above and beyond for each customer. The guarantee and Customer program is a bonus to a job well done. I have a mechanic for life and moving forward I have no hesitation about who to take my investment to. Thank you Scott and crew, you are a stellar company and I cant wait until my next oil change! (who says that they cant wait to take their car back in to the shop?) Thats right This lady!! Thank you again for the amazing customer service and quality of work!
