I had an expensive suit dry-cleaned & what a horrible experience! I pointed out a few light stains to be treated & she marked them with tape. When I picked up the suit, all the stains were gone except one. The stains were all the same soil so they all shouldve lifted... but they simply missed one. When I pointed this out she said "No can do; Stain no come out." I took the suit home, used Spray `n` Wash & the stain lifted instantly. I returned & asked for the jacket to be re-cleaned but she tried to charge me. They did a poor job & I wasted enough time so I said I wasnt willing to pay again. She began SCREAMING at me in Korean so I left! Whats important to consider is I had been going there for 8 years & the same lady helped me without incident. This business doesnt value its patrons & everyone deserves to know how unprofessional, unaccountable & ungrateful they are to their customers. I HIGHLY recommend going to another cleaners for superior service.

If I could give James Center Narrows Cleaners zero stars, I would. They shrunk 2 of my skirts that I have to wear for work. I wore them the day before I took them into Narrows Cleaners at work and was astonished the day I got them back I could not zip either of them. I took them back where the lady who works the front told me it is impossible for dry cleaning to shrink your clothing. After having a 10 minute circular conversation about how she wasnt responsible I asked for the manager. The lady I first spoke to started yelling at the manager about me in a language I didnt understand. Feeling completely uncomfortable and confused the manger informed me she didnt see herself responsible either. So now I am out $60 for the new skirts I must purchase from my company and $18 for the dry cleaning bill for skirts I will never be able to wear. Terrible customer service and terrible dry cleaning.

We were leery about this cleaners because of reviews on line but they have been great! We take uniform shirts there regularly to be cleaned and they come back quickly and looking great. I had to have 4 pairs of uniform pants hemmed. I took them in with just one pant leg pinned up. She measured the in seam while I was standing there. All the pants came back perfect and at a very reasonable cost. We have been very happy with this cleaners. No they dont speak very good English but can understand and are very friendly.

Its not a bad place and have been going for years as its priced a bit better. Its frustrating they dont know English except for hello and goodbye. When I ask questions they have no idea what Im asking.

This place sucks! ! Asked for heavy starch on all 25 items.. only a handful of items were starched! No apologies from them only argued about it! Wont ever go back there again!!
