Thanksgiving evening. Sewer line clog. Knew we couldnt do anything that evening but I was also sure that all the plumbers in Puget Sound would be booked the next day. But, Friday morning I called Roto-Rooter and within 20 minutes I had a call from Ron Kazemian saying hed be at our house in 30 minutes. He came, he saw, and he conquered. He roto rootered the drain (had to go 80 feet) then we passed a camera through and found the culprit roots, now cut and open, and put some treatment in to keep them at bay. He also pointed out the tree that was causing the problem. I think I may terminate its existence soon. It was an expensive experience but well worth it. Most important, though, was the treatment and care and courtesy to us from Ron. His expertise was evident from the beginning. He educated me from start to finish and was extremely careful. He hit several roadblocks and was able to work his way around them. I will absolutely use him and Roto-Rooter again should I have another problem with any plumbing. Thanks, Ron.

Murphys law! Just as we were expecting out of state company on a Sunday- Just before we were leaving for Sea-Tac- our toilet backed up, flooding the bathroom, filling the bathtub! I quickly called Roto- Rooter and within an hour Jesse was here with the equipment and expertise to fix the problem. Jesse was polite,friendly and knowledgeable and was able to share the good news with us that it was a massive root ball and he was able to remove it. I was very impressed with the technology that Roto-Rooter used- Jesse was able to show me on camera exactly what was wrong and how he successfully fixed it. He also gave me the video on a jump drive and I downloaded it to my computer- Amazing! From the first sign of trouble to clean up was less than three hours! I was able to get the bathroom back in order before our guests arrived! Many thanks to Jesse and the Roto- Rooter team. You were life savers and helped me defeat Murphys Law after all! We could not have been happier with our experience!! I first contacted Rescue Rooter online, at 9 am yesterday. By 11 am I hadnt heard from them so I contacted Roto-Rooter and RIGHT THEN was able to schedule an appointment between 4 and 8 pm that very night!! Phil arrived, and even though it was snowy, icy and quite treacherous on our driveway, walkway and steps (and 25 degrees outside), he stayed, walking back and forth to his van several times, and worked steadily to fix up our sinks. He had everything working PERFECTLY within a couple of hours!! He is a genuinely nice man who is dedicated to his craft and were VERY glad that Rescue Rooter did not respond to our appointment request (they still havent, as a matter of fact...almost 24 hours later!!)!!! YOU ROCK PHIL...and so does ROTO-ROOTER!!! :-)

Our kitchen sink was backed up and I made an appointment easily on-line! The clog was handled.... But...then it was leaking! Since it was evening, I made an early appointment for the next day and all was fixed... So we thought... But there was still a leak! Another call, another appointment for the same day, and there was one more problem to fix... Soooo... it took 3 visits, but it was taken care of... There was a bit of frustration on our part... We were glad we were home and able to handle the timing for 3 appointments... But... they made it right...No clogs... no leaks... and no extra charges! The plus side? I got to clean out all the stuff under my sink! :-). And there is a warranty for the work... just in case! The technicians were friendly, polite and tolerated my yappy little dogs!

After a family member tried to fix a leaking bathroom faucet in my dads house over a 3 separate days and was not able to. I called Roto Rooter. My dad has dementia, so he requires 24 hour care. I needed to get the water back on and get this problem taken care of. Seyed showed up and assessed the situation. He had the problem fixed in no time, but the new faucet install was not finished due to the family member not being able to fix the original problem. I asked Seyed to make it right knowing it would cost me more. He completed the total job in an hour and gave me a 50% discount on the extra work. I am pleased with his professionalism, the work he did, and his willingness to go beyond the original scope of work. I should have called Roto Rooter first and saved us a lot of grief.

My service tech Giovanni arrived in the stated time window, in fact, much quicker than I had expected. He was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable which did a lot to build my confidence in him for the process ahead. It could have been a nasty mess of a job, but with his calm demeanor and professional know-how, he took care of it very quickly, cleaned up nicely, and then he left. Overall, he made it seem like an easy process. Thank you Roto-Rooter for employing those with excellent customer service. It may have been costly, but for my peace of mind, and now- operational plumbing, it was worth it. This definitely wasnt what I wanted for Christmas, but Giovanni did his best to keep me from becoming a Scrooge.

The technician, Mike Y., arrived promptly and knew right what to do with my kitchen sink problem. I was a little shocked at the base price for the service, $409, as it had been a long time since I had hired a plumber. I asked if he would clear my bathtub drain too, which has been sluggish for a long time, and he said he would at no extra charge, so he brought in an auger and got right to the root of both drains. After struggling all week with a backed up kitchen sink, it is such a relief to have smooth running drains again. Thank you Roto-Rooter for your prompt and friendly service. Just wish you could have fixed the drain in my bank account! If it wasnt for the cost involved, you would have received 5 stars from me!

I was dubious when Michael arrived from Roto-Rooter as I had never used a plumber before now...found them listed in the Yellow Pages. I had just gotten home from a months vacation to find my entire family room, laundry room and bathroom water logged. As a woman and a recent widow, I was happily surprised how knowledgeable and experienced Michael was. He arrived on time, was easy to talk to and found the source of my water leak behind the laundry room wall board. He neatly cut away the mushy wall board and installed new pipe, valves and faucets. I was amazed that he accomplished everything in about 30 minutes and then took time to explain how to shut the new water valves off so there would never be a next time!

We were having sewage issues coming out of our utility sink in the basement and we were forced to relieving ourselves at our moms house down the street. I tried everything to clean out the drain but was having no luck. After awhile my wife helped me to realize I had no clue what i was doing and it was time to call an expert. Giovanni showed up at my door early the next day to assess the situation. Giovanni was very professional and helped to unclog our drain and run a camera through our pipes to see if there was any further damage that might be needed to be addressed in the future. The bill was extensive for just a few hours of work but at least we are able to relieve ourselves in our own home now.
