I just caught these guys Red-Handed. Lying, Thieving SOBs. Adding items to the estimate that did Not need to be fixed in any way!?! And what was their response when I let them know my handyman was going to be on-site to "discuss the issues that we felt were pertinent vs those that were not"?? Hanging up on me. DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE!!! STAY AWAY!!!

What do I consider outrageous? Is it an estimate or diagnostic? I mean seriously these are not questions you ask to customers. I have a leak either quote me to fix or quote me for an estimate not sure why this company cares what I consider expensive or not, was I going to get a different price if I estimated the cost??? What the hell?
