You get what you paid for? i am not sure I need a J-trap that will withstand nuclear attack with explosion within 5 mile radius. its a polite and courteous racket ... 2 guys show up with a truck ready to handle plumbing of nuclear submarine if needed. but if you have a house and not a submarine, changing a trap (J-shaped pipe) under the bathroom sink with easy access will cost you $225 plus tax. Changing insides of the toilet bowl $550 plus tax. I asked what it would cost if I provide the materials for the toilet - $220 plus tax. That same day i purchased insides of the toilet tank for under $30, and J-trap for under $10 at the Home Depot and did the work myself. I did hire them to do another project that required welding, but this is something i am unable to do. I am lucky that I am physically able to do some of this work myself, but what a "grandma" supposed to do? Once again, they were very polite and courteous ...

In order to give credit where credit is due, I am posting a long awaited review for Dan at At Your Service Plumbing. Dan has been our plumber for over 5 years, and in two very different homes. He has fixed, reengineered, or revamped more than 30 different plumbing jobs for us. He is the best plumber I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Period. He is the consummate professional, and is meticulous in his work. And when you think about it, meticulous is pretty much what you both want and need in your plumbing professional. Dan is the only plumber we allow to touch our home fixtures, and he has earned our respect and trust. So, if you need it done right, call AYSP, and ask for Dan. We do, and we will be forever grateful for his unquestioned professionalism, his friendship, and his world class attention to detail. He isnt happy until you are happy. What a concept!

I surprised at how professional and friendly this company was. My hot water tank was giving out murky water. They came out the next day, after calling me with an update on how soon they could come out. I found out my tank was 18 years old and decided to replace it. They were done within 2 1/2 hours and I had clean hot water! Dan was very courteous and informative, and I was able to get on a payment plan that saves me on interest that I would have paid on my credit card. They even sent a thank you card and a congratulations on my new baby. What a refreshing experience as a homeowner to finally find a reputable company that treats you right.

My technician Andy evaluated my problems with a leaking regulator and leaky shower drain and gave me a quote very quickly and said he could complete the work that day which surprised me. When there were complications later he took time to explain my options to me and then stayed until the job was done although it was past quitting time. .. and the price stayed the same. What I especially like about At Your Service is that their people (and Ive had several experiences) are always knowledgeable and always aware theyre in someones home and minimize their impact

The customer service was wonderful from the very first phone call. They answered all my questions and were at my house within two days of me calling. Andy arrived on time and was professional throughout his work. Cyrus helped as well and was professional also. They looked over the problem and explained everything to me. good work, however, when they try to sell you things such as their diamond club membership to get your price down to where it should be to begin with and product to pour down to drain to alleviate clogs....what are you suppose to do? pay their over inflated prices without the club membership or buy the membership and then what??? though they are good plumbers...prices are over and above what the market dictates...ugh...

Excellent, friendly and thorough service!! On time and informative. It was a very very good experience. Brittany was wonderful late on Friday night when I had an emergency with a hot water heater. She was friendly, professional and very very helpful. She talked me through some things to do immediately and set up Cyrus to come today. Cyrus was wonderful, thorough, helpful and friendly.

At your service plumbing is the only ones I call for help. I had my waterlines replaced with them a few years ago and am very happy with the work. I had to call again after I had my washing machine changed out and the faucet started to drip. Andy was out the next day and replaced the faucets. Service was quick and timely. Andy G was my service person today, 8/02/17 and wow, he was just great, and he helped us fix our plumbing problems, which were many over the last couple of months, and now we wont have any more of those messy things that just seem to come about when one doesnt expect them to.
