Ive been taking my clothes to Caroline at Orchards Cleaners for years. She does a fantastic job - quick turnaround, great customer service. One time she knew I was going on a trip on a Friday and she promised to have my clothes to me on Thursday - I had forgotten to go there and before she closed she called me to remind me to come in and stayed open late to wait for me. I dont even live or work near her anymore but I still drive 15 minutes out of my way because I trust her and Orchards so much.

They do good job on my husband shirts many times, BUT they missed shirt couple of time, and give us different shirt instead. I cant proof what Ive been missing, because I didnt check it right away ( have a huge pile) and didnt take a picture of what I have brought to them. I know its kinda my mistake, but Ive trusted them. Always double check with them before you take your staff. Its gonna save your nerves

Terrible experience.!!! She admitted that she made a mistake with the pants. So she said that she would try to make the jacket match... She ruined a $300.00 outfit and blamed the manufacturer. She bleached it, changed the color, and shrunk it!!! And then she started to argue with me!!!

They are great, all my clothes comes back looking brand new. They are a little more expensive than most, but it is worth the money if you need a really good job done.

I had two spots on my jacket, which werent cleaned and on one of the spots I got 3 holes in it. They said that the spots couldnt be cleaned. Not coming here again.
