I will never go here again ! I went to drop my dress off to be hemmed and had an issue with the timing of completion so the gal called Mr. Kim ( she could barely speak English, had to redu my phone # 4 times and still got it wrong). I talked with him and he told me no problem and he gave me a price and acceptable completion date. I went to pick up the dress the day after he told me it would be ready....not there. I went the next afternoon, still not there. The gal called him and he said it would be there later. When I finally was called that it was there, I went to pick it up, The gal told me the price and it was $7 more than I was quoted AND the hemming was atrocious !!!! It was a stretch material, the reason I did not want to do it on my 43 yr old Singer. I told the gal under no circumstances would I pay more than quoted for this mess...I should really have paid nothing. She called someone and they said they would do it over....NO WAY !!!! I ended up paying the quoted price but will NEVER go back there again.

Public Service Announcement, do not take the risk with this business, take your dry cleaning elsewhere or you will regret it. They burned/stained one of my brand new never worn Nordstrom shirts. Took it to be washed and pressed, returned with a mark on the front right panel of the shirt. I called to see what they could do to fix or replace it and was told "My boss is not in today so theres nothing we can do for you." I pressed for her to have "the boss" call me and she hung up on me, then blocked me or something because it wouldnt ring back. "The boss" then called, I texted him pics and talked with him for almost 5minutes. He said it was my fault the stain is there and they would do nothing to fix it. I told him to please be an honest business owner, that Id love to leave him a positive review. He told me to do whatever I wanted, that it was not something he was going to fix that he didnt have any more time to talk and then he hung up on me. So disappointed.

Dont use this cleaner. Not only are they understaffed and full of excuses, they are rude and unprofessional. Dropped off 7 shirts and was told they wouldnt be ready for 5 days. I didnt realize my husband needed them in 3 due to an out of town trip. I called them the same day and they promised they would be done in 3 days after I told them I would need to take them elsewhere for a quicker turnaround. Surprise, went back in 3 days and only 3 of the 7 items were ready. The girl at the counter was the only one working and appeared exhausted. Told me the owner was "out of town" (which seems to be a common excuse) and his wife filled in and she wasnt as good at it nor as fast. 2 of the shirts looked like they were done halfway. She said they would re-do them but again, would not be ready for 2 more days. Never again.

I had the WORST experience here ~ TERRIBLE customer service!!! I agree with the other comment, I wouldnt even give them 1 star... The owner Tim, is RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, Has NO understanding of what customer service means!!!! I took a Girl Scout vest in for my daughter and was quoted a price. I paid for it happily and dropped off a second vest, the following day I received a call that I had to come back and pay more for my 1st vest. He was not going to give me back my daughters second until I paid another $17. He literally yelled at me on the phone, would not let me talk and hung up on me! I later went in to pay more because I needed my daughters vest and an employee said she was sorry and she agreed he was RUDE and he scares her.... I would NEVER ever step another foot in this store nor NEVER recommend it!!!

Got a quote my jacket would cost $12.95 to get cleaned and left my number. Went to pick up the jacket and they charged me $18. They gave me the quote after they looked at the jacket, so no idea why I was charged more. What is the prupose of looking at the jacket and quoting me ? Horrible business practice. Will never be returning.

I am not overly impressed with this dry cleaners, both times I took my clothes there I had double creeses in my slacks and poorly done shirts. They do have have reasonable rates if you dont mind fixing their mistakes with an iron when you get home

We took a shirt for dry cleaning. They did not clean it properly and overcharged us. We talked to the owner and he refused to acknowledge it. Never go back again.
