I never had any issue with this cleaner before, but this past experience was just ridiculous. I dropped off two uniform shirts and a pair of uniform pants early afternoon on Saturday (01/14/2017) to be dry cleaned. I requested to pick them up on Tuesday (01/17/2017); he gentleman behind the counter agreed. Fast forward to Tuesday, I arrive to pick up my uniform, as he goes in the back to check, I can see my uniform laying under a pile of clothes just behind the counter. After speaking with anyone employee, he asks I come back in one hour. As Im contemplating this, he then asks if I can return in a half hour; I agree, very thankful that my uniform can still be ready in time. I returned about 40 minutes later and the gentleman greets me with the three uniform pieces wrapped up in plastic. He seemed very apologetic and even discounted me 31 cents. However, once I return home to change into the uniform, I notice it was never dry-cleaned! None of the pieces had any creases, and the uniform shirts still smelled of my deodorant! Had I not already been behind schedule, I wouldve returned to discuss the matter. INSPECT THE CLOTHING BEFORE YOU PAY!

Id give this place a 0 if possible! This dry cleaner is a scam. Gave them a blazer to dry clean, the lady takes my $7 for the cost. I return the next day to pick it up to be told by a guy that I need to pay $7 to pick it up! I told him I paid already when I dropped the blazer and spoke to the lady who showed up from the back but she behaved like she was clueless! I have a flight tomorrow and dont want to argue so I paid $7 again! I have no problem paying but I dont like to be cheated on. First and last time Im coming here. And Im definitely going to file a complaint with the BBB on this scam business.

This dry cleaner was recommended to me by a seamstress on Gravelly Lake Dr. This is the dry cleaner she uses and she knows the family that own/runs it. Ive taken my husbands suit here two different times, both under time crunches. Not only were they able to get the suit back to me the same day, but they were super friendly and very well priced!!! I look forward to having stuff cleaned by them because I know theyre going to be nice and actually look me in the eye when talking with me.

This place sucks! Dont bother using them. I brought my work clothes needed them done the next day for work. Paid extra to have them done they told me 3pm. I told them Id be there after work after 6. Get there clothes arent done I was told not ready come back tomorrow. I asked for a refund and my clothing back. They then decide theyll press them quickly while I waited to avoid giving my refund. Ill never go back your word means something so keep it!
