Used them a few times and the very first time they didnt deliver my clothes to my place. When I called they just said "we forgot" will do it right away. I was a little dissatisfied with that, plus the casual nature of fixing the situation. Shouldnt this be an opportunity to show how great their service? The last time they didnt deliver again, but this time it was lost. They said they need to contact their driver, which took a few days and never called to let me know what was going on. I called again and asked why they just cant contact the driver by his cell to ask. I really didnt understand that. And was told nothing they can do and they will just have to wait to do inventory in a week. I said this was really not acceptable and its been almost two weeks since I dropped off and want the manager to call me. I was told the manager would follow up. Never did. Few days later I get a mail from my condo that they were delivered. Never a phone call or apology. What happened to service? This is beyond unprofessional. I think they are nice, but if anything ever goes wrong they arent really apologetic or making an effort to resolve the situation in a way that will actually show they are very concerned for their customers. The manager should take a few classes in what service really is and train her employees.

Im new to town. Been using Bees for a few months now. Really disappointed in the service I got today. Had a couple of stained garments that I needed spot treated ASAP. Went to Bees in my building, the attendant told me she had no idea where I could get spot treatment quickly. Called what I was told was the main location, the attendant there told me they were sending the spot treater home early (11:00) and wouldnt be able to help me. I pleaded, explained that I was a big client and that I really needed help, the attendant replied that it wasnt worth it to have the spot treater wait for my two garments and that I should have called earlier. When I said that I needed a dry cleaner I could depend on and that this would probably cost them my business, she was unconcerned. That is probably not the managements attitude, but I couldnt speak with a manager either.

Horrible customer service, the girl at the front counter seems to consistently go out of her way to be rude. Recently they lost a shirt of mine and have made the situation worse by overpromising when it will be returned (brought back by another customer, I guess); Ive gone in twice to pick it up when they said it would be there, but the employees working have no idea what Im talking about. Awful. That was the last straw; Im going to find a new cleaner.

This place ruins clothing and does nothing to reimburse the customer!! They lose items and blame it on the customer and then some how find the item a week later! I have gone to them 4 seperate times and have had horrible experiences every time! They will no longer have my business and if you like your clothing DO NOT GO TO BEE CLEANERS! The Southwater Front community should be pushing to have this horrible business closed!

This is the most unprofessional, low-quality dry cleaner service Ive ever been to. They consistently messed up my order, met their stated deadline about 20% of the time, and frequently staffed the desk with rude workers who had little interest in customer service. The manager is unreasonable. There are MANY other alternatives in the area. I gave them a try for several months and have absolutely nothing positive to say.

I dropped off a pair of dress pants and a shirt that took 2 days to clean. Upon picking them up I found a NEW stain on the pants. Since I needed both items that night I had to take them but asked to only pay for the shirt. The manager refused to come up front and talk to me personally. They insisted that I pay for both items and instead gave me a store credit. Very poor customer service!

Brutal. Do NOT take your clothes here. Need them back the next day? Not going to happen. Do you like getting stains back on your clothes that werent there before? This is your place. Look elsewhere
