I gave this place lots of chances. On several occasions, I put laundry into a washer or dryer that was out of service and had to move it to another machine. Whenever I would suggest to the attendant, who knew that the machine was out of service, she replied that she had been "too busy" to put up an "out of order" sign. Yeah too busy acting "nice," hanging out with her daughter and telling everyone that she loved her job. Right. Another time, I was waiting my turn to use one of the largest dryers there (theres only two) and a young man who looked like a caricature of a guy on parole was pulling and folding each item AS he took it out of the drier. When I (very) politely asked if he could just take his laundry out and fold it on a table, he turned on me, told me "youre not better than anyone else," followed up by threatening physical gestures. The same attendant then helpfully pointed out that there were some smaller dryers I could us. Thanks lady. I have more stories, but thats enough, Im done with going there.

My complaint is about the equipment, the dryers specifically. They get over used and wont dry your clothes. You have to put a tiny load in to get any thing dry. I feel for a laundromat that should not be happening. Now the washing. One of the washing machines ate my quarters and i had to put more in.Having to spend more money, on an already tight budget, because of faulty equipment. On the other hand; the attendant is nice and friendly.

I received excellent customer service at this laundromat. The woman who was working there was extremely nice and helpful. She even helped bring my laundry out to my car because I had my hands full carrying my son! Unfortunately I do not need to go to the laundormat very often but when I am ready to go back, I will be going to Z Laundromat.

We take our business laundry here, we are a construction company and have tent walls that need to be cleaned between jobs. The staff is always super friendly, they are reasonably priced and do a great job. I am glad I found them!

The dryers are so hot there they melted my blankets, they are destroyed!! And of course, theres no one on staff to assist or take a complaint. I dont recommend this rip off to anyone.
