This cleaners will ruin your garments and will not take responsibility. 1. Took my trench coat in on Monday with coffee stains, they said it would be ready Friday. 2. Picked up my coat on Friday. Lifted up plastic - coffee stains were untouched, exactly the same as I brought it in. Guy (claiming to be the owner) noticed and initially apologized, said I could take my coat for free since they did nothing. 3. As I was about to grab it and leave, he asks if he can try real quick to remove the stain himself. I said sure. 4. He comes back a minute later having successfully removed a bit of the stain, asks if I will wait 10min for him to remove the rest. I said sure again and wait in my car. 5. He waives me back in and I look at my coat. He has lifted the color out of the fabric of my coat completely, irreparably damaging it. (Photos attached) 6. Instead of apologizing, he proceeds to argue with me for about 30 minutes how the bleaching is just the stain inverted and not actually damaged. I explain that Im only visiting and have to leave the following day. I ask he pay for the mistake since hes ruined my garment. He refuses, saying thats unreasonable and suggests I leave my coat with him to try and repair it by coloring in the damage with fabric markers, and he would then ship my coat to me. We dont get anywhere. 7. I come back with my husband. We explained its not reasonable for us to be left with 100% of the liability, as he could easily just never send us the coat. He still refuses, we spent another 30minutes trying to sort it out with him never taking responsibility for damaging my coat. I leave with my damaged coat. PS: in our conversation he shows us another garment he couldnt even remove pasta sauce from and ruined, saying he was going to color that one in with markers as well. I would visit another establishment that takes responsibility for their mistakes.

Extremely effecient. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Clothes have been perfect each time. Uses organic methods and you cannot beat the price. I live in NE and I still drive to it. If you are looking for a new cleaners, this is the place. You wont be disappointed!
