Theyre an exceptional cleaner offering exceptional service for a nominal fee which more than fair! The 2 man and a woman giving bad reviews on here are very sketchy individuals, according to the owner - one Indian man who owns a sleazy motel on N Interstate Ave called Palms brought in a new shirt with a manufacturing flaw that was not fixable so it was returned to customer without being charged as altering it would have caused the owner to replace it with a new one or fork out the cash! So, basically the man bought the shirt at a discount store like ROSS and brought it in thinking he can get one replaced from Meir & Frank or Nordstrom types of stores, there are so any scammers out there! The owners keep time using an atomic clock which is the most accurate in this reality, so the woman claiming that the business closing earlier than posted hours must be living in alternate universe or time zone! This company does not have a web site of its own meaning it has no control of the information that is stated by third party website hosts. I use their services for all sorts of things, Ive even asked the owners if they know of a good cobbler and they took my shoes and had it resoled from a shoe repair shop and charged me exactly what it costed, now that is called customer service!

They officially lost me as a customer when I raced home from work to pick up my dry cleaning before they closed at 6:30. Apparently they changed their hours to close at 6 pm, which is fine, but change your closing time on the internet, so that people know and can plan accordingly. Not only that, but it was only 5:55 and they had already locked the doors. The guy working just stared at me when I knocked on the door, then went and hid in the back, rather than opening the door to give me my dry cleaning. Will never be returning

Although their hours are 8a to 6p, evidently these times are "ish." I cannot get out of work on time in the evening so I have to reaarange my am hours to pick. This is the third time of me waiting outside their store at 8:20a trying to pick of my clothes so that I never come back.

I dropped my selvedge jeans off on a Thursday to be hemmed. They told me they do their alterations off site and that they would be done by Wednesday. They were ready as promised and the work is high quality. A regular hem was $15. Recommended!

Horrible service, sent my shirt for tailoring and came back exactly the same. Owner decided to charge me full price anyway. No respect for customer satisfaction.
