I have to say, I went to these guys because their reviews were so high. The reviews were very misleading. They are irresponsible, dont know how to communicate to the customer and have some serious trust and legal issues. My Audi was running strange so i brought it in for what i thought would be a quick fix. Not only did it take a week to diagnose my car but after charging me $900 they did not get the car to start so they sent it to a dealership and charged me the tow and for whatever they had to do. During this whole thing, Mike rarely called me and told me multiple times it would be ready a certain day only to call me a week later to tell me more bad news. At the end of the whole thing, they had had my car for over a month, charged me $1100 and expected it all after I had told them I am not paying the dealership cost because I had been out a car for that long. So when I handed them a check, Mike said he couldnt take it for we could easily cancel it, then I asked if hed take credit and again he said no, cash or money order only. It wouldnt have been too bad if they didnt have a sign right on the front desk that says "yes! We accept personal checks and visa, mastercard"...ect. I became so frustrated that they would not trust me personally, because I did not agree to what they wanted me to pay. Mike, as well as a tech were very rude to me while giving my car back. I do not recommend them and in fact would recommend avoiding them especially if you have a German car or one with any special computer. A dealer would be less expensive and far more reliable.

I was having electrical problems with my Cobra. The symptoms were weird and I soon found myself in over my head trying to fix it myself. I saw that Michael was a Corvette specialist, so I asked him if he would take a look at my car. He said yes. Four hours later he had solved all of my electrical problems and pointed out a couple more things that should be addressed. He took care of those and my car was on the road again, better than new. I took my car back to him a few days later to have the oil changed and my coolant flushed. Once again, thorough, quick work. I really appreciate finding a knowledgeable, honest mechanic right in my own neighborhood. I would recommend NuMark automotive repair in a minute. Paul

I went with this place because of all the great reviews here. They were most certainly overstated. The people at this place were unfriendly at best, most of the time they were downright rude. The work done was terrible as well. I went in with a check engine light and a rough idle, and left with a check engine light and a rough idle. Also $1000 poorer. I decided to take my business elsewhere when it became clear the man was just googling youtube videos and reading forums to diagnose and repair my vehicle. Additionally, when I dropped of my truck the cruise control worked. And when I picked it up, it was non-functional. I cant recommend going someplace else high enough.

Ive been using Numark for over 2 years and theyre great! I use them for all my auto service on 3 vehicles I own. Theyve always done a great job in a timely manner. They are reasonably priced and find the source of the problem right away.
