Great service. My truck was leaking radiator fluid but, couldnt pin-point exact location. Polar found the sources of where the radiator was leaking and even showed me where the radiator had leaked. There are 2 types of radiators for my truck and Greg ordered both to ensure they would have the correct one to get my truck fixed in a day and have it ready for the weekend. Nice to know there is an honest shop in town that is professional and knowledgeable. Thanks Greg and Polar.

Polar Auto is where you want to take your car to be worked on if you want an honest and fair mechanic. I have always found them to be great and beyond fair in helping to take car of my car and my daughters car. They always remember me when I call. They do a fantastic job in keeping Santa Cruz feeling small town with their wonderful customer service. If you need work done on your car be sure to take it to Greg and tell him Lucie sent you!

This is a great place that is very trustworthy. Gary, a mechanic there, took care of my radiator problem as well as other engine repairs. His estimate was on and his troubleshooting was also spot on. The shop also does other auto repairs...not just radiators. The pricing was very fair and Garys experience shows through. I had a great experience there, after having been treated not as well at other shops. Two thumbs up.

Have been using Polar for last 4-5 years . I have 2004 Bonneville and 1999 Mazda 2500 both have been serviced and repaired by Greg and his staff. Have recommended Polar to friends and family, one of our sons now also has his work done there.
