Vivo Day Spa is my favorite salon and spa around town. I have had a mani-pedi and hair cut there which were outstanding and I go every three weeks to get my eyelash extensions filled. No more mascara! I can just wake up and wash my face and head out the door if i wanted to! My natural lashes are short and straight, even with mascara they are still very short, not to mention the makeup always in my eyes. It is my chance to unwind every few weeks while Vi fills my eyelashes to soothing music. I have even fallen asleep during the process! I have also had the eyebrow enhancement service done there. Let me tell you, i was skeptical. I have seen women with fake eyebrows before and you can always tell so I as afraid of the outcome. It was the BEST choice I have made other than my eyelashes.....My friends asked if she "implanted" hair on my eyebrows!! It is so realistic and it framed my face so beautifully!! No more drawing in eyebrows to make them fuller and darker.....Now i just pluck stray hairs and they are always perfectly shaped and beautiful! Recovery time took about a week, but the redness was gone within about a day. The very next day I went to work and my friends asked where I got them done because she did such an awesome job!! Thanks Vi!! I will surely see you soon!! :)

I went to Vivo Day Spa for a bikini wax. Without taking the time to really find out what i wanted, the owner of the salon very aggressively removed WAY too much hair. It is VERY uncomfortable and will take months to feel better. The wax is too hard and remained on my skin the next day. There was a great deal of bruising. There was only one dipstick used, unsanitary. Only one tear cloth was used. The top part of the area was very irritated and I was very uncomfortable. I had to go to my family doctor the next day to obtain cream for the area. The family doctor commented that the area was extremely traumatized. I am writing a review in hopes that someone else can be spared from this experience. I notified the salon that it was the single worst salon experience I have ever had and that i would never go there again.

Hairdresser doesnt listen to what YOU want, she does what SHE wants. Then if you tell her you hate it, she blames you!!! She attempted to fix my unnoticeable highligts that she gave me the 1st time, and spitefully made it look hideous! Complete opposite of what I wanted. She is very busy body and does too much at once. My awful hair took 4 hours, and I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed afterwards! Nightmare!!!! WASTE OF MONEY!

My husband and I stayed at a near by bed and breakfast where we got married four years ago - we wanted to treat ourselves - I discovered VIVO online. We received a couples massage and facials. Khuong did an amazing job with,my massage. Both and my husband and I were pleasantly relaxed upon completion. The atmosphere and customer service are wonderful. I would highly recommend this to anyone desiring spa services.

My husband and I treated ourselves to a couples massage called "we deserve it". We were cordially greeted by the front desk lady and immediately escorted to the second floor and offered a beverage of our choice, same touch and the end of our session. The message was just perfect an excellent job, handsdown best massage Ive ever had. We will definitely be return customers.

A friend and I went and got manicures at Vivo- my friend got the shellack and the guy who filed her nails did them crooked so she was stuck with a pricey sloppy nail job- my nails were filed fine, but my nail polished cracked on every finger within 2 days and I dont do anytype of hard work with my hands. Save your money go else where!

Asked for an appointment for a simple hair cut, and was told that they had no availability for new clients. However, if I wanted to pay an exhorbitant amount for a cut and color I didnt need, then they could fit me in. If theyre trying to rip me off before I even get an appointment, Id rather take my money somewhere else.

Terrible massage. This place is anything but relaxing- poor masseur, noisy environment (you can hear the nail clippers, hair dryers, conversations, everything in the place), and unpleasant staff. Save your money and go elsewhere for a massage!

Went to get a massage today, and I was suppose to get $45 Swedish massage for 45 minutes. afterwards I checked out and the man told me it was $60 because he did a hour and it wasnt written down. I was not pleased with the massage either.
