Story time: Brought vehicle in after I got sideswiped. They got it done timely enough or so they thought. I inspected the work and found it to be wrong. Dangerously wrong. I left my vehicle there for them to fix it properly. I went and picked up my vehicle the next day and I found out my seat belt was broken. The seat belt was _not_ broken when I took it in otherwise I would have said something. They broke my seatbelt, then I got sent somewhere else because they couldnt fix it there. The next shop couldnt pin it on the Abra shop and Im out that repair thanks to this shop breaking my seat belt. Avoid this place.

I just went there for an estimate after getting rear ended. The guy spent 5 min looking at my car and came back with a BS low-ball estimate. Even after I mentioned that there was extensive damage underneath the car from the force of the impact, he said he couldnt really tell anything until Id bring it in for a repair and they took everything apart. Yeah right, like Im going to let you guys take my car apart after such a shoddy once-over. Wont be coming here for the repair, thats for sure. Didnt even bother raising up the car.

I just wanted to say how much I appreciate the excellent service from Larry at the Brookfield Abra on Saturday 4/26. I had my car window smashed on Fri 4/25 and was obviously upset and in need of a quick repair. Larry was courteous, hard working and very thorough. It was a pleasant experience to get such good customer service and I am thankful. I will highly recommend your service to others as not only was it top notch but less expensive than other companies. They had my car for two and a half months repairing it. When I got it back the brakes were all mushy and I was told it was a warranty issue. Sounds like an accident issue to me. I would recommend finding another auto body shop if you have the option. There was a few other minor things they didnt fix it either. I just ended up dumping the car.
