I was involved in a auto accident the day before Thanksgiving. I have StateFarm insurance and this was one of the places they listed to take my car for repairs. After reading the reviews I felt good about my choice. The repairs to my car took a month exactly. FYI whatever your insurance deductible, you better have it at the time repairs are completed. There are no deals to be made on that. They do store the car for up to a week no charge. But Im complaining because my Shifter cap was missing when I went to pick up my car. What got me was that no one was willing to claim responsibility for its loss or even acknowledge it. This is $500 that you demand you have before I could take my car they could see the well kept condition on my car when it was brought in The Shifter cap being missing is exactly why I was concerned about my new tires when the car was brought to them. They claim they are going to order the cap. But dont make me look foolish when you guys lost or miss placed it.

I was recommended to them by my old insurance company and while my insurance company was a complete pain to work with, this shop was great! They were very quick and super easy to deal with. They always answered the phone and helped me out and answered all of my questions and they fixed my car beautifully. I liked them so much I decided to go back when I needed body work done on my car again and I got the same quick, kind, helpful service that I received before. I dont remember who I worked with last time but this time I worked with Rob.

I have had to bring my car in for repairs a few times in the past so I am familiar with a foundation for service. Ideal Auto Body went above and beyond my expectations. Excellent staff - extremely knowledgeable, helpful and worked efficiently right from the beginning. They literally took care of everything easing ALL of my stress! Their work is also by far... superb! I fell in love with my car all over again :) I will never go to another company. What a great team of people here!

Honestly Best Shop! They fixed my rear bumper and it looks amazing. They cleaned it, made my car look shiny. Probably even better then the dealer the day I bought it. The day they gave it to me I was really happy with the results and they even gave me a little bit of extra paint for touch ups.

Rob & Jim are the best. I had a fender bender that needed repair. They were able to fit me into their busy schedule and take care of me. They followed through on what they said they would do and provided excellent customer service.
