My brand new 2017 Explorer was tee boned at only 4 weeks old with 1300 miles on it. The damage was pretty extensive, almost $25,000. Both right doors, quarter panel, fender, wheels, tires, 3 air bags deployed......you get the idea. I was very skeptical that it could be repaired to a sound state especially since it was literally brand new. After a little over 4 weeks (a few minor delays but that was expected), I have to say I am extremely impressed with the mechanical and body work done to my vehicle. Eric and Paul even went out of their way to get me a better rental for a road trip, when mine wasnt ready do to a Ford back ordered part.. They allowed me to stop in each week and see how the progress was coming, and meet with the tech that was working on it. I found a few minor glitches that Eric assured me will be taken care of and I am sure they will be, with a job this big I was expecting even more than the couple little things I found (I am quite picky too). At first I was thinking of getting rid of it right away after the repair, Eric and the technician (Dale I think) kept saying to wait and see I might be surprised, so far I have to say I am. Great job guys I will be happy to recommend your body shop to anyone. Friendly the dealership and now body shop continues to impress me.

Our experiences, we have had a couple, with car star friendly of roselle have been absolutely seamless! Paul, Eric, and Jill go above and beyond for us every time. A couple weeks ago Our 2014 explorer was hit badly in a car accident and when we got our car back, (a week ahead of schedule!!!) it look brand new! Every step of the way I was informed with a courtesy call and an email update on how our car was doing! They pay attention to every detail. When it came to assisting in a rental while CarStar was fixing my vehicle they helped me along the entire way! I will always be a customer! Its so hard to find a reputable body shop/dealership with amazing customer service and I did! CarStar Friendly of Roselle is the best place! Customer service gets an A++++++! I have used them multiple times in the past, their consistency with customer service and work is perfect! Thanks again CarStar Friendly of Roselle!! We will be back!

I brought my Corolla in after the hood latch failed at 65mph and damaged the hood and surrounding areas. Paul took great care in inspecting my car and gave me a very fair estimate. I was able to get my car in quickly, and both Paul and Jill called me with updates during the repair process. When the repairs were finished ahead of time and within budget, I was able to pick up my freshly-washed car (what an unexpected treat!) and was out within a few minutes. Paul checked in with me to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction. This is one place that remembers the value of Customer Service - I cannot say enough good things about them, and I will happily return my car to this shop should the need arise.

I have a 2003 yellow Mazda6 that was damaged by flying debris on a highway. I took my car to CARSTAR in Roselle to have the driver side front fender and door replaced and painted. Because of my special color, I was very worried they couldnt match the color. Imagine how excited I was when they managed to match the color to perfection!!! When my coworkers saw the car, they thought it looked brand new! Great job, CARSTAR, and a special thanks to Paul who ensured I had a very positive experience! I highly recommend this body shop! They aim to make their customers happy! They made my day!

Carstar has excellent service! I smashed my car up in an accident last month and wasnt sure where to go. I called around and everybody seemed so eager to sell me on something. Carstar was the only place i called that seemed to understand my issue and care about my best interest. When i went to their location i dealt with a gentleman named Paul, he was very helpful and extremely nice. I have recommended Carstar to all my family and friends. I will definitely being going back when ever a family member or i need a repair again.

Paul was fantastic to work with. All aspects from greeting me promptly, (I was early for my appointment), arranging for a rental, setting my expectations on expense/process and communication throughout the time my vehicle was in the shop made needing the repair a hassle-free experience.The finish on the vehicle was spot-on, the paint speckles and color were an exact match. Great customer service, and great results. I bought an Expedition from an out-of-state dealer, and it had scratches on the roof when I took delivery. The dealership agreed to pay to have the damage fixed by my local dealership when I got back to Illinois. I brought it in to Eric and Paul at CARSTAR Friendly, and they worked their magic. They worked directly with the other dealership to get payment, and then fixed my Expedition back to new again. Thanks guys!

I would highly recommend Carstar Friendly of Roselle. Paul (estimator) took great care of me. He kept me updated the entire time my car was getting worked on. He also made sure my rental car was comparable to my car. He was extremely accommodating, patient and very professional. These guys fixed my SHO after an accident. The work they did to replace the door, paint it and get everything back together was excellent. They kept me up to date regularly and though it took a few days I was happy they took their time to do the job right. It was well worth the wait to give the techs the time they needed. Id definitely recommend this place for your auto body repairs.
