Going through someone elses insurance, your always leary of the shop they make you use, especially an insurance company like american access (-10 stars), but i have to say i was plesantly suprised by the level of professionalism and quality of the work the guys have done with my vehicle. They were quick to get my repair done and are always available if you have questions. They took very good care of my car and will not hesitate to use them again if i need a body shop.

The owner of Collision Experts Tom is an extremely helpful guy made the stressful situation more bearable. The work that him and his team did to my car is great looks just as good as the day I bought it. After goin to other shops threw insurance company and them sayin they couldnt get me in until March, Im glad I chose to go to Tom and Collision Experts. I would definitely go to him again and I highly recommend this shop.

Expect the worst, hope for the best... dont go here, you are better off going someplace else ,,, this is like a overnight operation,,, bunch of armatures and unprofessional...Im really disappointment with the quality of work they do there, messed up my car and they told me they were sorry WTF but I will not even contact the owner to correct the problem because I"m afraid they will do more damage DONT GO TO THIS PLACE...

I took my car here to get repaired after a claim and the issues followed. After 2 months for a non-complex fix I get my car back with a broken hub cap, scratched window tints and a right side window that wont roll down. Please please avoid this place they are no where near professional.
