terrible experience, dropped my car off january 24th, a few days later they said it would be ready feb 3rd and this was not a lot of damage, so i wait till febuary 2nd to call them they tell me it will be ready febuary 3rd but theres a chance it may not be ready until the 4th, call them back on the 4th they tell me its not gonna be ready until the 6th call them on the 6th and now its not ready until the 7th and since i can only come in the mornings i had to wait for the 8th to get my car back, horrible experience the second they brought my car out on the 8th i insantly pointed out some issues, they left buffing compound on the car (opposite side of where the damage was) and was told on thursday when i called that it was in the buffing process... so obviously someone messed up, there was all scatches left over from where the car was damaged before hand so they didnt get all the damage out and they left wax residue all over the car again not on the side with the damage. i made the mistake of coming to this shop simply because they were only place that would take my insurance rates, well boy did i make a mistake i ended up waiting a extra 30 mins in the office waiting for them to clean up the rest of my car so i do not suggest to anyone to come here reguardless of how cheap they are, they simply have no interest in getting your car done on time

After weeks of waiting and them ruining my vacation plans.... NOT fixed to my standards (theres a 1-inch crack/line in the paint, and they didnt fix the hood like they should have)... and I dont want to take it back and have them redo it all. Its not like it was and they wasted my time and money. Oh and PS by the way... All State owns them and they suck just as much.

They seem like they do a very cheap job. The guy wanted to fix my car with recycled parts. That means used! Dont be a cheap ass!
